Clean rooms and friendly staff in a great location and perfect if you are not planning to spend much time inside the room

The room window directly faced other rooms' windows and all on such close distance that if you did open your curtain all the other rooms on same floors and a few other floors could easily see inside your room. When asked for a different room we were told all standard double rooms had the same type of windows with zero privacy. But this was never mentioned in room specifications!

we was celebrating our 1st wedding anniversary, they upgraded us to the suite it was a lovely touch! cava on arrival and lovely clean rooms and the lady on reception was so friendly, we will stay here again. liked the rooftop terrace bar too.

The location was ideal for exploring Barcelona, Staff extremely friendly and helpful, room was very clean and the Terrace bar was a great place to wind down in the evening with magnificent view of the city.

The room was very clean but a little too small with very little daylight. I think we drew the short straw on the room because we had an internal room with very little natural light, however I believe thee are larger rooms available with a balcony, saying that apart from sleeping we did not spend that much time in the room because there is so much to do in the city.

The location was superb, the staff were exceptionally friendly and the breakfast was also excellent. The room service meals unfortunately were very limited and not up to the standard of their breakfast. The hotel had no dining facility, only a bar on the 9th floor with a limited tapas menu. Coming back from a day of walking Barcelona and being greeted with a glass of ice cold water or champagne was fantastic. Really appreciated as the temperature that day was very hot. The staff were great.

The variety and quality of the room service meals.

The location was excellent, right in the center of city. Everything is in walking distance and all the public transport stations are nearby. The room was quite large, quiet and clean. The staff cleaned every day the room which in my opinion was not necessary but appreciated. I stayed at the hotel during my birthday and I was offered a cava as a gift. Found it in the room with a personalized message. It was very nice and unexpected. The bed was huge. The staff was friendly and helpful and treated us kindly. We were offered a varied selection of toiletries.

There were some scratches here and there which can be repaired really fast with some new paint. The internet speed could be improved. Nothing else comes to mind.

Excellent position. Room was great and we loved the rooftop terrace. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Heating did not work in the room we were initially given and we had to move all our stuff into a new room at 11 pm after being already in bed, which was not ideal. I advise for things like that to be checked prior customers arrival in order to avoid last minute surprises. At the checkout, instead of being asked how the experience was and if everything was ok, we have been immediately asked to pay a fee for an international charge which we never made. Once I told them we never made any call they apologized and said it was a mistake, which I think it could have checked before asking us to pay and I personally did not find it nice.

This is a wonderful hotel! It has many amenities and the staff go out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. It is very difficult to get a larger room for a family of four with teenagers in Barcelona and the junior suite was just perfect - large with a very comfortable pull out couch that was made up for us on arrival and with its own space. At the end of our holiday it was nice to stay in a hotel that exceeded our expectations! The location is perfect to accessing all the main attractions and riding the metro if needed. We loved the rooftop bar and all the small touches in the room!

The location if you want to be right in the heart of the city is perfect. We had a balcony room and although situated on a busy main road the windows are amazing. Couldn't hear a thing. The staff really make this place. Warm welcoming and attentive but not too over attentive. The balance is just right. I would like to pay particular thanks to the barman on the terrace and the lady who organises breakfast and sometime the terrace (sorry can't remember their names) for their kindness and care and for remembering exactly what we like. Breakfast was great, fabulous selection so was able to choose different things every day. There are no kettles in the rooms just coffee machines but we asked and one was provided instantly which we were able to keep all week. Again, no iron or ironing board in room but provided when requested. Our room was spotless. Bed enormous. The rooms are not massive but you're sleeping in it and getting changed, not hosting a dinner party so how much room do you need. Plenty big enough for our needs. The food from the bar was also delicious, cheeseboard extremely generous and too large for 1 person.. Small menu but did the job when you just wanted that little extra in the evening.

I am being picky here because i really couldnt find anything else as a negative but the lifts leave a lot to be desired. They have a mind of their own and extremely slow. Despite being on the 4th floor we did sometimes choose to walk up the stairs as it was quicker. Having stayed in other H10 establishments we found this a little frustrating.

The location of the Hotel was perfect being extremely close to Catulunya Square where all bus stops are located including the bus from the airport and the tourist open top busses start their route.. Many lovely bars/restaurants close by including La Ramblas. Very central to everything. The rooftop bar was also lovely to relax with a drink and enjoy views of the City during the day and at night. Our room was lovely and spacious and very clean. Huge bed with bed sheets and towels changed regularly. Use of a free safe in the room was an added bonus. A complementary welcome drink at Reception was a nice touch on arrival. All staff we came into contact with were extremely friendly and welcoming, and very helpful - nothing was too much trouble at all. A wonderful hotel in a great location. Would be more than happy to stay here again next time we visit Barcelona - which we will!

Nothing really not to like. Although a Nespresso coffee machine in the room was a lovely touch, a kettle and tea bags would be a welcome option as not everyone drinks coffee. We requested a kettle and tea bags, which was brought to our room straight away. One of our bedside lights didn't work but other lighting was more than adequate so not a big problem.

The staff was super helpul and friendly all of the time. It was much appreciated!

Noisy people in the room next door but that was not the hotel's fault. The staff did me help with this problem and contacted the noisey neighbors.
