Breakfast,excellent service and friendly stuff. Keep it up

The smell of the mat in the room.we had to be moved to little pilgrims for our stay.

The staff was welcoming and offering an exceptional service..The breakfast was the highlight of our stay very nice food the chefs did an awesome job🥰.The hotel is near the mall and petrol station everything is accessable.The rooms have aircon which helps as it was very hot during our stay and that they isupply with emollient lotion to use as there are a lot of mosquitos

Bedlinen was never changed for the entire stay they were just stretching up the linen which was not so much of a problem because my bed was always clean and also the bathroom had a weird smell even without using it. The pools were dirty for my liking and that theres no light at night next to the pools which means we cant use the pool after 18h00 as it gets so dark.

Its a great ,value for money stay ,with many grades of rooms,including a Caravan parking area ,it has Lovely OLD OLD trees ,and a very beautiful ,the 4 star portion up ahead near the entrance was unique ,with modern rooms,but the outside area designed to look like the Colonial past ,with some interesting ,posters . over all a nice place to stay ,as per your budget , Must must mention the CHEF ,he is an awesome gentleman ,took special care for us ,with vegetarian meals ,and special ,Rice and Curry ,salads ,Many Thanks to him ,we were Not worried about our meals . they even gave us our packed breakfast at 5 AM for the safari.

everything was great ,though the rooms were a BIT small ,but NO complaints ,as we had booked those rooms only .The Rooms do need a renovation .

1.Family room - main room renovated with fresh white linen and clean white towels. 2. Bathroom/shower renovated, quite refreshing. 3. Friendly and professional staff. 4. Restaurant - food was lovely and well prepared.

1.If they can replace hallway carpets or deep clean. It leaves a stale and unfresh smell. 2. Aesthetics - the outside needs an entire renovation to be on par with the accommodation venues in the area. 3. The pool wasn't clean, which left the kids disappointed as they couldn't use this facility. 4. Housekeeping - The room wasn't cleaned properly. We found popcorn on the floor, mirrors had hands stains. There was a half opened beer in the fridge. One likes to get a feel of being the first in the room.

Breakfast was excellent. The hotel was well placed for an overnight stay before heading into Kruger Park. The hotel had an "old world" charm and elegance but we stayed in the garden suites as they are more suited to families. The rooms were clean, fresh and fully supplied with shampoo, soap shower cap etc

I hesitated before booking as the hotel is in the center of "town", on the Main Road and close to the shopping centers. This was not a problem though as it is surrounded by beautiful, lush gardens and we were not aware of the road, also it was convenient to nip out for a family meal in one of the centers.

The breakfast was very good with a lot of variety.

I asked for a double bed and they gave me two singles.

The reception was warm and welcoming. The room was very clean and cosy, my kids really enjoyed having a bunk bed. Staff were friendly and accomodating. We were really comfortable there. Breakfast was lovely, especially with a pretty garden and pool view.

The room feels a bit outdated. The booking was not clear if it was a hotel room or a garden room. We would have preferred a hotel room, so were not clear about that. The breakfast staff were not friendly or helpful.

The property is in a good location and situated in a nice mature garden. It has a nice entrance foyer and large breakfast room which opens up on to a terrace.

The downstairs rooms facing the garden and terrace restaurant need to have a bit more privacy, for example a fine white net curtain. Also the bathroom we had (room 101) needs some sort of shelf on which to put toiletries etc.

Buffet breakfast was amusing even the dinner was good
