Regarding the Villa with a private pool, due to safety reasons, guests under the age of 12 are not normally permitted to stay in our villas. As there are no fences around our private pools, unsupervised children would be at risk of injury or drowning. If you would be willing to sign a waiver absolving the hotel of all liability in the event of an accident, an exception to this rule can be made.
