When we arrived nobody helps us with our luggages No welcome drink (we just arrived at 5pm and saw a welcome drink available at the loby but meanwhile we were speaking with the receptionist another member of the staff just took it away and didn't ask us if we'd like it) Receptionist staff not helpful and not so friendly and kind... From your room you can hear your neighborhoods really good

This write up is in conjunction with our previous overnight stay on the 26/27 May when travelling on to Phuket by car. Extremely satisfied with the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel, credit must go to the house-keeping. Friendliness shown by all the staff we came into contact with. Unfortunately I can't comment on the pool or restaurant because we did not have the time to use either, although from appearances they looked very good. The highlight of our stay was that the hotel supplied three single beds in the room without any additional charge for the extra bed, a credit to them, just a shame that other hotels don't follow this example.

Although we had our own transport, I did feel that because of the location guests without transport would get the feeling of being claustrophobic being so far away from the main town and I assume the beach. Also on our first stay I requested an alarm call for 05.00 am, this didn't materialize

we loved the large swimming pool. it was always so clean and just really enjoyable to use when wanting to cool off. the staff were all so friendly and made such a fuss of our baby. we felt well looked after. they were happy to put our ice packs in the freezer everyday for us. we loved the buffet breakfast, but some mornings, the options were empty and not replenished. some days the choices were better than others. we loved the children’s playroom too.

I don’t think there is anything we didn’t like. maybe more free shuttle times and more information about local things to do.

Stayed for a week and very much enjoyed our stay. Massive, beautiful pool along with nice pool area and towels. Large, diverse breakfast although we did notice a little less choice offerings during the week. Very clean and modern rooms, mini fridge was cold (yay!). 700m walk to the beach which we did every day. Also, there are some nice restaurants nearby and a massage salon that we frequented.

We had lunch there one day which was just ok.

Spacious suite with good beds and quiet, cooling ac. Good shower and large bathroom area. Very good cleaning. Welcoming staff and management. Buffet breakfast with good choice. Both western and Asian. Restaurants closeby ( make sure to try Three Chefs just outside - the best Masaman Curry ;-) ) as well as 24 hours 7/11 and Family Mart. 10 minutes walk to a very nice beach. We booked two weeks, prolonged a few days and could have stayed longer...

Sometimes loud music from the pool bar is disturbing, also on the balcony.

The pictures provided by the booking.com of the hotels looks not as beautiful as it is. We recommended to revised all pictures. This is a new and beautiful hotel. The staff is kind, and the facilities are in good condition. For a person who likes exercising, the hotel offers a good gym located in the second floor of the main building. Also, a swimming pool is also big enough, located on the first floor of the main building. Because we don't have breakfast at the hotel, we cannot give information about the breakfast.

I love this part of Hua HIn, a little further south of Hua Hin central but quieter and the beach is better for swimming Short walk to the beach and to grocery store. there are some restaurants you can walk to. Hotel shuttle to Hua Hin central and markets/shopping. Staff were very nice, pool is good and rooms are also large and clean. Food at restaurant was also good. I did not have breakfast so cannot comment.

I liked everything, but it is a quieter area which may not suit everyone.

The rooms are very spacious and very comfortable and the staff excellent, they where so friendly

The food let's the hotel down, there is not a lot of choice for breakfast and what they have they use very cheap low quality meat, I had a club sandwich around the pool bar one day and it was low quality ham, cheese and even the bread was the cheap bread you find in any 7/11 and the money it cost it should of been alot better

Everything about this place is just perfect. It's away from the buzy Hua Hin center and is very nearby a quite beach. Perfect for a morning walk. Also a plus: - the staff was so friendly! - I have never slept in a bed SO comfy - breakfast (must try the strawberry jam!) - a big swimming pool (50-60m lenght) - shuttle bus several times a day to Hua Hin - food in the hotel is very nice as well and not expensive - very clean - ...

quiet; very comfortable ; very good breakfast; close to the beach with free shuttle to Hua Hin town centre. the staff were very friendly and professional (they seemed to enjoy their work) the pool was very relaxing and refreshing - it was nice to be able to lay on a pool lounger and dangle our feet in the water having slippers and bathrobes in the room is a nice touch

the pool surrounding could be a little slippery with wet feet - it’s a good idea to dry feet before walking on pool surrounds
