I like the location because it is 5 minutes away from my place of work. Very convenient in downtown Riyadh. The hotel and room is super clean, very comfortable and quiet.

I am not sure why they don't have room service. This was the only thing that I found strange.

I recently had the privilege of staying at the luxurious Narcissus Riyadh Hotel & Spa. With an establishment that clearly prioritizes opulence and elegance, my experience was a blend of highs and minor setbacks. From the outset, the property's design and facilities truly resonate with grandeur. My room was nothing short of a sanctuary – exceptionally clean, abundantly comfortable with a bathroom setup that's unparalleled in its appeal. However, a couple of issues marred my otherwise delightful stay. The first was the overpowering sound from a wedding party. Despite being on the third floor, the music was so loud it impeded my sleep. Though the staff was understanding and promptly moved me to the fifth floor, it was an inconvenience that shouldn't have occurred in the first place at such a prestigious hotel. The second matter of concern was the lingering smell of cigarette smoke in both rooms. For those sensitive to or disliking the scent of smoke, this can be rather off-putting. On the gastronomic front, both dinner and breakfast were astounding. The buffet is diverse and lavish, making every meal an exciting culinary journey. However, a small suggestion for the management would be to elevate the coffee experience at breakfast by opting for quality coffee beans and fresh milk. In conclusion, the Narcissus Riyadh Hotel & Spa certainly ranks high on the list of luxury accommodations. The attentive and courteous staff is its crown jewel. While my feedback points out areas of potential improvement, it's worth noting that the overall experience was top-notch. Here's to hoping they take this feedback constructively and continue striving for unparalleled excellence.

Such a luxurious hotel, I think the best in Riyadh, the interior is just amazing! The staff is also very polite and helpful, special thanks to Sultan at the front desk. Will definitely come back again.

the hotel was excellent with all means, staff services were outstanding and always offering help and support , bed was comfortable and there were many pillow choices, fridge cold as I like to drink cold water. Also, there is a good quality hair dryer, coffee machine and excellent technical system for all the room. I tried one restaurant called east west I guess and it was amazing.

Actually everything went well to me except the AC where it is sometimes extra cold and sometimes very warm :( However it needs to call the guest services and they sent the maintenance to adjusted . Also the spa in 8th floor , the cost is too much comparing with the facilities and services.

The location is very good, the selection of food at breakfast is awesome.

However the staff at the restaurant don't speak good English which makes it difficult to communicate. There was some swimming pool issue during our stay and on the next day some of the staff claimed that the water is good for swimming and then another guy from the staff came and said the water was not good for swimming which made us very confused and afraid of the potential consequences of having been swimming in bad water.

Located in the bustling Olaya district of the Saudi capital. Check in was seamless - Abdallah was highly efficient & extremely obliging. Free complimentary upgrade of 1 room enabling my family & I to be on the same floor - very grateful. Rooms are spacious, spotless & stunning. Decor of the hotel & rooms are ornate. Has a palatial ambiance. All staff were amazing. Massive buffet for breakfast & iftaar. A truly 5 star experience from entry to exit. Tad expensive but you are paying for class.

Absolutely nothing.

The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable bed. The location is also a big plus.

The swimming pool is accessible only for men. I didn’t know that before coming and I really wanted to go for a swim. For females there is only sauna and jacuzzi available.

I did not like the reception telling me that if I will check before 12 I can but I have to pay SAR 300/- for that!!! if the room is available and I am a regular client, why is that?

the lights in the toilet is terrible!!!! you need to put much extra light in the toilets as this is a must
