The room was bright and sized well. Everything that is expected from this level of hotel was provided. The only thing is that in KSA in principle, the level of ARCH/ID detailing and finishing is still poor - but that is general for the whole construction and I am hopeful this will get better with time. It was great that early check in was possible, thank you. The location is very convenient and accessible.

When asked to book me a taxi at the reception, I was given a private chauffeur of the hotel who not only was not what I have asked of but was also double the standard price and could not speak English! Gold plating in such a way is unacceptable, especially when the Client clearly states his / her requirement in the first line.

The room is clean and there is a nice Turkish restaurant in the lobby.

I had to wait to take my baggage, they give me a room with a wall view and the sink blocked and it is overflowing. the Restaurant in lobby is good nice.

The location was perfect for my visit. I had a comfortable room with a great view of the Kingdom tower. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and efficient. I arrived at a very late hour for check-in and the chap, understanding I was tired promised to be super quick (and was). Same when I was leaving, I was super tired (poor flight times) and was offered a coffee for free.

I really thought the hotel was an excellent choice for my visit and my needs. Only small moan would be that the coffee machine coffee isn't great at the breakfast but there is an excellent coffee dock next store that could be offered.

It’s one of my favorite hotels in Riyadh. Service, price, and location are all great. It’s my go-to during short trips. If you’re looking for a place to stay during the weekend or for business meetings, this is it!

Good hotel to stay a day or 2 especially if you have meeting nearby. Loved the food in the restaurant in ground floor. Loved the room settings, shower area, bed and beddings..

Staffs in the front desk wasn't that friendly. No name taken, but at least make your client feel welcome the minute we enter the hotel. Shower tub is a bit high and i almost fell off from bath tub because didn't have a proper handle to hold on.

I liked the cleanliness of the room and how comfy it was. Also the location was just perfect

The reception. On the morning of my checkout, I asked to extend my checkout til 6pm and the receptionist approved the extension. So, layer on I received a call asking me to checkout at 12, and I informed them that I extended it but they said that there was nothing on the file, so I explained what happened and the receptionist said no problem. After coming back and getting ready to checkout another receptionist said that we overstayed and that we have to pay for a whole day, again I had to explain that we asked for an extension. The miscommunication between the staff made my stay a bit uncomfortable

The key of the ice cream stand was misplaced. We cannot buy ice cream for my son having tantrums.. he has special needs. In cases that there is failure in endorsement, the branch manager must have the master key...

Hospitality was exceeding our expectations. Staff was very friendly specially Mr Rizwan at Front desk was very helpful in guiding us for extension of our stay. Amenities were excellent. Beautiful city view. Breakfast was very good with varieties. Room service, Cleanliness, Ambiance and overall it was fabulous. definitely recommended to visit and you will not regret.

No Microwave in the room, but we could get room service to warm our food. Little expensive but worthy.
