Very professional crew and welcoming. Vikki and Sahil in the dining are very friendly and attentive to our needs they are star in the breakfast.

When receptionist asked me to upgrade our original room booking to a suits one. Its Not a free upgrade actually. I wish they explain first how big is the room as we don’t need to pay more money for big size of living room that we don’t even used. And that living room can occupy 20-30 people for a party. It’s really huge. It should not be offered to a couple. I guess big group of family is good. And disappointment of not having a bathtub too. As normally 5 star hotels have a bathtub . But apart from that we enjoyed our stay and love to come back next time, At least we know what to expect.

Great breakfast we had. Due to COVID-19 they were not able to serve it as buffet. Anyhow they provide us with bundle of choices. The chef (Indonesian) came up with special additional sweet which was fried banana. Specially cooked for us as we are asian people. Being far away from our homeland for more than a year due to the pandemic made us touched with the superb hospitality from this hotel

- Very friendly and welcoming staff. - Quick check in and out. - Location is great just in front of the sea, corniche is a walking distance. - Room size is good, equipped with all essentials. Relaxing sea view. - The Saudi Coffee in the lobby area is just PERFECT and delicious!

- Room toilets cleanliness needs development. - Just a very minor thing, the electric power plugs are located in the room not in a useful places (misplaced.)

- The Sea view room was amazing. - When you request any thing they fulfill it very quickly. - very quite.

- The room was used too much as you can see that in the closet doors and the carpet. - The front office (desk) not answering the phone most of the time. - Since the day I checked in I was requesting a sea view Room but for 3 days the are telling me no Room available because the weekend but on Saturday when they told me the same I have checked Booking.com and found 5 Rooms available. And after discussions with them they gave me one after 6:00PM and I have left next day. - one of the restaurant is closed because the Covid19. - you have to park your car by yourself.

it was one of the best experiences in my life the staff were amazing, especially miss.sangeeta from house-keeping she was caring for us like a family other staff also was very helpful we were upgaded to jounior thanks to mister charles for his help All reception teams were amazing in checkin and checkout the room is very comfy and clean I felt like home

The best thing in the hotel is the STAFF! Shout-out to Hadi & Abdullah from guests relations & all the staff. The room was spacious & clean -Kudos housekeeping staff- The bed is super comfortable Coffee was great I had a wonderful time

I wish the room had a tub to pump up the experience 100% & the location is a bet far from everything (walking distance) so if you are looking for a get away here is the best option.

We booked a room with club access. Upon arrival we were told that the club is closed. After we expressed our disappointment we were treated to an exceptional buffet dinner and next morning with a very good breakfast without extra charge. All the staff are extremely attentive and helpful. Really a memorable experience.

Only one restaurant on site (but very good). No outside area. A shower but no bathtub.

We had an amazing experience celebrating our anniversary at The Ritz-Carlton Jeddah. We booked a sea view room and asked for special celebrations arrangements, their efforts had exceeded our expectations. From the moment of our arrival we were greeted with great hospitality from everyone and the staff made sure that our needs were met for the entire stay. A special thanks for the guest relations team for upgrading our room to a royal suite, it was a wonderful surprise that made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely go back to the Ritz-Carlton for our future occasions.

The hotel’s aesthetic is very elegant and the atmosphere was quite serene. The staff were amazing and friendly particularly Abdallah at the reception. He was very courteous , he surely brought a smile to my face before I checked out .

The reception & concierge staff need to be more trained in how to interact with customers better. They asked us to pay twice for the rooms even though we paid already big mistake with no true apology. Another thing they don't clean the rooms unless you ask them!!
