ASTER HOTEL

The Bangladeshi staff are too helpful. Hotel room is good and clean. Location also really good, just besides the red sea. Uber is available here. Al Balad is 10mins from Uber. from airport 30mins drive.

My flight was landed in Jeddah at 12:30am, And I reached hotel for check in around 2 o'clock midnight. but I was informed my flight schedule them before. and booking.com also shows it was confirm. BUT! when I reached there for checked in , the receptionist guy was denying to give my room. they said it was not confirm! at that midnight I was totally lost! He was asking me to check-in their another hotel which is actually little far from this. And I booked this location because of Red sea. After showing them proper information they have to give me the room! which is really not a well professional attitude.

Good nice behavior from the reception guy, Very quite room, nice clean, spacious for two persons

After check in the room, we went to the Cafe to spend some time but there reception guy told us to pay 100Sar per person because of the weekend. Which I don't feel aster should take from the people who are already staying into the hotel. This should be free for us, that's the big turn off for us. Such a nice hotel but this makes us to re-think for the next booking

The standered room for two guests is clean and big The staff service quality is not bad

I asked the reception staff to send me the check out reciept by email since their printer was not working As they informed me, so they suggested me to send as PDF by whatsapp Unfortunately, until now i didn't receive it

Helpful and nice personell, good choices of food for breakfast, clean and spacious room, water and tea provided in the room, supermarket and food restaurants nearby. We were served with cake in the lobby as it was National Day of Saudi Arabia

I like the staff Amani , Ali , Ismael .. Thank for your polite dealing 😍 I like that is a cafe and restaurant epically every weekend there is a singer .. ♥

When I asked for a taxi they tons me to go out get it on the street. There were two security just standing around and could’ve waved down a taxi fir a lady at night

It’s clean and location wise is good

Lack of amenities, they don’t provide Iron and iron rack, you need have your clothes done by their laundry which for 1 Abaya with Tarha cost 15 SAR that’s too much.

The staff all are good specially Mr. Abdullah in the reception, he is handsome, polite and very helpful

There was no hot water for showering, the water was warm

I found the room too clean The lactation in Alhamra District , Red Sea nice view Less than 10 minute to Albalad Historic Area The staff so nice

The rooms need a little electric @ plumbing Maintenance

There was some people working on above of my room and making very noise . I asked for housekeeping and receptionist informed me that they finished their duty and left !!!!!
