Confortable bed. Good food. Clean place Cooperative staff

In the morning there was a sound from above us i am not sure if it was constructions but at the night it wasnt there.

I loved everything about this hotel. It is a beautiful place. with lovely charm! The welcome reception we received was top notch. Our car door opened for us; the luggage quickly handled. Check-in was fast and easy, and our room was ready upon arrival! The staff was super attentive and helpful! The included breakfast buffet included many choices and was tasty & delightful. The pool area is so pretty with loads of lounge chairs. The pool side view room was nicely decorated, and the bed was so comfortable!

There was" nothing", that I did not like about our stay at Ezdan Palace Hotel

Everyone is very friendly here and the hotel is beautiful. They have a wonderful customer service and ensure to make their customers happy. If there is a concern, their managers and staff are very diligent and act quickly to solve the issue. Special shout out to Chef Mohammed Sabry for delivering an exceptional and delicious buffet breakfast every morning. Also shout out to Marwa at the reception for her amazing customer service. She is a beautiful person inside and out and is very caring towards the hotel guests. And special thanks to the front office manager Abdulilla for ensuring we had a pleasant experience and solving any issues promptly. Overall, all the staff members are amazing.

One of the best hotels I’ve been to. We were welcomed by Mr. Santosh at the reception and he was so kind and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious and the cafe was great as well. We met Mr Al Al at the end of our stay, who wanted to make sure that we had a seamless hotel experience, which we did . Despite my infant getting sick, it took nothing away from our experience as all the staff was friendly and so caring. Special thanks to Mr.Patrick the main entrance security guard, he greets you like the way you would do your best friend visiting your home , and always with a smile, Would definitely recommend it!

Pool Breakfast Room Basically Everything

What I mostly enjoyed when staying at ezdan palace hotel was the service I received. Maroua went above and beyound to make our stay comfortable. She made us feel very welcome at all times and nothing was impossible. When ever we approached reception she smiled and welcomed us. Her passion for hospitality was apparent in every aspect of her service. I would also like thank another gentleman as reception who sadly I can’t remember his name but he is the reason we returned to this hotel because his hospitality and customer care is impeccable.

Hotel is really amazing by all means. Restaurant, Recreation facilities and the room is wonderful. The main reason of my stay in Ezdan Palace is I feel very welcomed every time I stay in this prestigious hotel. Special and warm thanks to Mr Zakaria - true champion of this remarkable hotel. He will assist you and ensure that your stay is more than welcomed and understands very well the mean of customer satisfaction. Great Job Mr Zakaria and appreciate all your help as usual. The location is ideal for me. I wanted a short, quick, no fuss / trafficky location and this place is literally 10 mins from where I live. Although it’s close to my home, it didn’t feel like I hadn’t gone away on vacation! I felt fully refreshed after my stay there. the spa / indoor hot tub was a treat and I felt rejuvenated! I particularly enjoyed the food I ate there… everything was cooked to perfection 😊

After a few minor initial hiccups, I really enjoyed my time there. The staff were super attentive, especially the Manager Zaz, who made me feel very welcomed and alleviated my concerns and made sure my staycation was worthwhile.

Really we all enjoyed our stay at Ezdan palace Hotel The design of the hotel is so nice , the room was spacious & clean all you need you can find in the room, the breakfast was delicious & has many varieties, the pool was nice. I would like to thank Mr. Ramesh & Mr. Abdol Ellah for their cooperation & great hospitality. All the staff Woking their is co-operative. Thank you so much, we appreciate your work. For sure we will come again.

- Good location. Not too far from most attractions. - The room was spacious and clean. - Luxurious and high quality.

- The check-in process was longer than expected. - The room view was supposed to be "city view" but it was actually just the hotel's roof, so a bit misleading in that regard. - Valet workers could work on their hygiene, as our car was returned to us not smelling very great. - The beds were too soft.

The service was exceptional, particularly Jhanara at reception, her customer service was outstanding! She arranged our early check-in and late check-out to match our flight times and was so helpful with info to get around and places to go. I am well traveled and I am very impressed with the level of service at Ezdan Palace. The bed was extremely comfortable and just what we needed after a long, delayed flight and the facilities were amazing, especially the gym and fitness centre which is essential for my stay. Would definitely recommend it if you're visiting Qatar.

Nothing not to like, really enjoyed my stay and will be going back.
