Lagoas Park Hotel

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was very nice. Bathroom was large and well stocked. Room was quiet and AC worked great. It was very clean and the morning breakfast was awesome.

I don’t like to complain, however the bed was starting to sag and not quite as comfortable as it could have been. We are so used to having ice available on each floor, but when we asked the staff downstairs they were very good to give us some ice. The only other thing, and it’s not big, but my husband and I both have IPads and IPhones and the wifi only allows 3 devices. None of these would prevent us from coming back. It’s a beautiful hotel for sure.

This hotel is clean, luxurious, and the staff is outstanding! We were visiting Portugal and wanted to spend a day or so in Lisbon. The front desk staff was incredible—helping us figure out where to park (we drove and really appreciated the free garage parking) both in the downtown area and in Sintra, and what to spend our valuable time to see and experience. The front desk was professional, very warm and welcoming, and that made our stay so much nicer. The breakfast was first rate—a real bonus on top of beautiful accommodations.

Not a thing—while it is a little bit out of the way from the old downtown touristy areas, it was nice to get away from the crowds and have a wonderful, non rushed breakfast, with incredible staff. Apparently, we were not alone in our decision to stay here—there were quite a few families and couples who were in Lisbon to see the sights and were doing the exact same thing.

A very good hotel, free hotel underground parking, breakfast was very good and a good choice of meals for dinner in the hotel restaurant. The hotel is new, clean, good-looking. A good choice if you travel by car as the hotel is far from the main city (it stays in a business center area). It seems to me that the hotel has a shuttle bus service (I have seen the hotel shuttle bus parked near the hotel).

The hotel offers a great breakfast. I had a nicely appointed room, with a large TV (that I unfortunately didn't have time to use) and a large bathroom with a bath and bidet. The staff was really friendly and helpful. I forgot something in my hotel room when leaving to fly home. When I found it missing upon unpacking my luggage, I called the hotel. They had already found it and will be mailing it to me. They are willing to go the extra mile

The design of the bath screen in my room was poor, resulting in large puddles of water on the floor after showering. I was at this hotel for work in the area, but I'm not sure I would recommend the location for visitors keen to visit Lisbon, as it is quite a distance from the city.

Perfect location for the travelers with the car. Free parking available on minus 2 floor of the premises. 20 minutes ride to Lisboa center. Delightful buffet for breakfast with plenty choices. Good restaurant with tasty food if you don’t want to go out for dinner. 24 hours room service. Friendly personnel. Very clean rooms. Highly recommend this hotel.

An incredibly well run Hotel. Staff were perfect, friendly and incredibly helpful in all aspects of my interactions. The facilities were also very good - the restaurant/breakfast, and gym were clean and service was great with AC available in all areas to keep the summer heat under control. The room was comfortable, quiet and well maintained.

Unfortunately, the location was a bit more remote than I was originally anticipating, but Uber from the hotel to the nearest beachfront was only a 5 minute journey for roughly 6E.

Spacious and very clean. Excellent reception staff. Love the generous bathroom amenities. Thank you for foregoing the paid Nespressos and offering me free coffee!

Wi-Fi sometimes cut off at night. TV selection didn't have BBC! Nespresso was nice but could have replaced it with something more basic allowing us hot water and refillable coffees and teas. Shuttle was great but only on weekdays and not weekends - what was that all about??? The hotel is far from town!

Food in the restaurant is excellent. We had half board but menu is the same both nights. Beds are comfy. Staff are 5*.Free secure parking. Breakfast was very plentiful.

This is a business hotel but the wi-fi is very limited. Not quick and disconnects frequently. Hotel is tired in places. Rooms show 'wear' damage. Tea/coffee would be good in rooms.

Staff were very friendly. The breakfast was great, and the the room was very comfortable, with a very large TV. The hotel has its own parking lot which was very helpful, and its use was included in the tariff. The hotel is very well situated when using a car to reach different places in Lisboa or nearby. We had a great stay.

Nice and beautiful hotel, excellent Breakfast, nice room and Hotel environment. Personal is very friendly and helpful and does all what's possible to feel you comfortable. Also the parking under the hotel is very handy and gives you the feeling your car is safe.

There is nothing to see in the environment of the place, no pub, no shop. If you don't have a car it's difficult. It's there for business
