Central location. Traditional Portuguese decor in main building. Entertainment twice weekly.

My key unit was defective. I had to return to reception on 5 occasions to have key re-programmed. Quite a distance. IMy key card was not kept anywhere near my mobile phone as suggested by the receptionist. We had booked half board expecting the excellent dinner buffet. After 2 nights, this was discontinued and we had to choose from a set menu with limited choice. After my friend queried this, we were offered a choice from the Italian menu. My choice of swordfish disappointed as it was raw and my friend's' pizza was like a board. A big disappointment as we specifically wanted to have the buffet, as we did last time. I now wish we had booked breakfast only, as I plan to due on a future visit.

Loved the breakfasts, gym and multiple pools. The pool table was also fun.

We loved it all! The free shuttle to the resort could be told how close and easy it is to get to as we only went on the last day and wished we had known how easy and beautiful it was earlier.

A lot of space in the room and in the common areas. Comfortable bed and a nice pool (perfect temperature). We also liked the breakfast. Another nice thing was that we received a free drink each for every day we skipped room cleaning. There is also a private beach and they provide a free shuttle to and from the beach. On the beach there are free sunbeds for hotel guests.

The first room we received had a strong cigarette smell in it although all rooms are non-smoking. We complained and they wanted to use a spray for the smell but I insisted we get a different room. This time somebody from the hotel came with us in the new room. In the new room there was still a cigarette smell but not so intense. Some of the furniture was outdated and even broken in some places. The curtains had an intense cigarette smell. We didn't receive slippers or bathrobes or any other amenities which a 4-star hotel usually offers.

I booked 1 double bed,. got a twin bed and they asked for money to change the another room that would have 1 bed

We were upgraded for free upon arrival so our room was very nice and spacious. The bed was very comfortable, we had a balcony overlooking the pool which we had asked for and it was a lovely room. Breakfast was nice with a broad range of options, although I would have liked to have eggs made fresh. The location was perfect for walking into old town Lagos and also the free parking meant we had our car to go to other places along the coast.

The pool is small but it was never busy when we were there so we didn't mind. The buildings are quite old but were nicely furnished and well kept on the outside.

Clean, comfortable, and professional staff. I appreciated that I’d opt out of room cleaning, they provide a free drink. The pool was nice and the room was large and modern. The free breakfast had a lot of variety (though could have used more flavour, but it has to appeal to a broad range). They also provide a free bottle of water each night.

The faucet in the bathroom was stiff and difficult to use. The tv in the room despite being at full volume was difficult to hear. The building has an odd layout which required using multiple elevators or going both up and down multiple sets of stairs to get out. You definitely pay to get the level of comfort.

It is a resort and has all what you expect to have but it doesn't feel massive. Plenty of parking (paid and free) for hotel guests. Big shower and big bed. There is space for hanging clothes. They always provide clean towels for the pool or the beach. It also offers free shuttle to the beach clubs and city center is 7 min walk which is super handy.

The pool area could be bigger as people seems to run at 8am to take a sunbed and there is no more space to put your towel after that. The pool is also small having in mind the capacity of the whole hotel. Looks a bit old and the corridor where our room was, smells like humidity (not the room).

Great property with a decent location. It’s close to all the good restaurants, harbour and beach. We loved the beds they wore so comfortable probably the best I’ve slept in a long time. The shower was unreal too. The hotel overall was spotless could not fault it. The staff wore extremely nice and very helpful.

The price of the hotel is expensive could be cheaper as the hotel could do with an update and the pool bar prices are extortion. €3 for a bottle of water. The pool area is way to small for the amount the hotel caters for. The gym is out dated with many broken machines.

The staff was always super friendly, especially the staff in reception. We didn't expect the room we got, it was absolutely perfect, we stayed in room 24, such a good spot in the hotel. The pool was really lovely and had plenty of sun beds for the stay. There was barely any noise at night and even during the day. We went out for dinner and returned to a live band playing in the hotel, it was lovely sitting down and watching the band. The towels being offered is such a good idea especially since guests don't bring any, and you can even take them to the beach!!!

The only issue was the indoor jacuzzi, it was super cold, but it doesn't at all reflect on your stay, would be nice for it to be very warm, as it would be more relaxing.

Good location. Easy walk to town center. We did have a room that was a 5 minute walk from the reception, but that was made clear in our booking reservation. Our Twin XL room was large with a separate room with a tv and couch. We also enjoyed the balcony. This hotel was not as expensive as many of the other Lagos hotels. We were not expecting a 5 star resort. You get what you pay for.

The pool at the hotel was nice. Only problem was that there were not enough lounge chairs. People get up early and reserve chairs and then there are none left. The other comments about the pool deck being dirty are ridiculous. It’s just the aging of the deck wood.
