Our short stay was a real delight. Surrounded by beautiful countryside with vinyards, olive and cork tree groves, both the hotel and the local area was perfect to slow down the pace, and spend some time relaxing, having a bit of fun, and disconnecting. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming, with a lovely breakfast with some homemade treats. We had a family room and were delighted to find a small kitchen area in it including a fridge. Oh and we loved the pool table!

If I am being very fussy, and this is something we found in a number of locations, so is not really specific to here, is that the milk wasn't quite as we like it. But that's down to local availability and tastes in the end.

Super kind service, good facilities and good locations. It's a very pleasant, beautiful and quiet place. There's a small and typical restaurant nearby that is a good choice once the hotel doesn't have any kind of restaurant

The breakfast could be a bit more diversified- maybe some eggs, and two or three kinds of ham. Nevertheless, it's a fair one.

The staff here is better than expected: we needed cutlery and plates and they very kindly provided us with everything we needed, even wine glasses to make our evening more perfect. They pay a lot of attention to the cleanliness of the pool and the tidiness of the garden. It's not a cheap place to stay but it has a great pool, a nice breakfast and the kindness and cleanliness you get for your money makes it worth it. Someone wrote about the rooster somewhere in the nearby. It is rather fun, so dont worry! Absolutely recommended place to stay!

Poor lighting in bedroom. Location is ok if you plan ahead for dinner. 10 minute drive into Estremoz. This place is actually in Arcos.

Rural Monte da Rosada is an absolute must for anyone who is interested in Hotel business. The wine property was converted some 20 years ago into a charming rural hotel (in the best sense) and is today a gem. It has found its own solutions for service, welcoming and caretaking and those solutions are different. Forget the standard slick and streamlined treatment, expect instead real people giving their human touch. The rooms are relatively small and basic, the pool area excellent and the social areas are very good, furnished in local and traditional style. This comment is written after my second stay in the Arcos village, near Estremoz.

Amazing place, vey clean and comfortable, the landlady very king and helpful, 5 star accommodation! I really enjoyed and really highly recommend it!!

Loved the breakfast, the best orange juice ever! Great kitchen staff. Amazing location. Very good swim pool. Divine night sky. Beautiful local environment and very nice and pleasant host!

TV set in the bedroom needs a n updating. Shower gel and shampoo was very por quality and small quantity. Key at the door, got jammed few times, though I understand the property is "chic rustic"!

The renovated buildings were great and the photos of how they had done it fascinating. A little quirky but nice to see old furniture being kept in keeping with the building. Friendly staff and adequate breakfast.

Better signage as very hard to find especially in the dark. Needs an illuminated hotel sign on the main rd side .
