The location was fantastic. Room was great, bed very comfortable, beautiful garden with a nice pool. Breakfast was good. Late checkout was possible.

The hotel definitely did not have enough staff. The same person was at the reception (it seemed 24/7) during our stay and he was also working in the breakfast room and the bar. Some little details in the room were missing, for example some hooks to hang the jacket. The safe was not working. We were very surprised that the hotel did not offer a bottle of water in the room. We tried to call the reception twice and nobody answered.

Had another great experience at Hotel Páteo dos Solares. The room was very spacious, impeccably clean, and the well-maintained gardens and inviting pool were delightful. I want to highlight the hotel's convenient location, a short 5-minute walk from the center of Estremoz, making it easy to explore the town's charm and local culture. Highly recommend!

We love where is located! Very centered, walking distance to Estremoz. We like the breakfast very much as well. We also had dinner one night in the restaurant and the experience was great as well.

I think they should star considering renovating the rooms (at least the ones in the area our was located), especially the bathroom. Other than that, everything was great!

The garden is amazing, the whole atmosphere of the hotel is great and you can see a lot of thought was put into every detail. The staff is wonderful, and the food is delicious.

As per some previous comments, there is only one person during breakfast, for us it wasn't an issue as there weren't a lot of guests at that time.

The hotel is charming and the pool area is beautiful. You can start your day with a very good breakfast outside in the terrace. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable.

The only improvement point is that, although we asked for a couple's bed, they only had singles available, and we were not notifyed with this change in advance.

We had a garden room with a patio, which was lovely. We did have to search for a second chair, and the door to the patio didn't open very well. But it was nice to have.

A kettle or coffee maker in the room would have been nice.

We have stayed here before and came back because we knew we could rely on a delightful, clean, comfortable, well located hotel in a beautiful setting. Totally recommend it. In addition the staff speak English, for which we are very grateful, and are extremely helpful and friendly. The food is excellent. Parking on site is free with easy access.

The pillows were a bit lumpy. An investment in some new soft but firm pillows would give this hotel a 100% score.

Breakfast was very average and hotel food and drink (bar) poor. For a gastro location such as Estremoz they could do a lot better.

Great service, the lady at reception answered all our questions / requests. So helpful and lovely to us. Staff in general was very nice and helpful. Nice outdoor area. Good quality for price.

Carpet in the bedroom (allergies)

Reception staff were informed and helpful. Location was on the edge of the town with country views from the room. Hotel only two hundred metres from the town centre. Car parking had ability and availability to charge our EV. Room was quiet and had a large 2mx2m bed (always a bonus). Breakfast good. Overall a very good choice for a 2 night stay.

The bathroom was a little tired and ready for a makeover but not a deal breaker. No dislikes!
