fabulous welcome. I was a bit lost with the location and the hotel personal did an extraordinary job to assist me

Perfect location, 5 min from train station, 3 min from closest beach, right in the center of Cascais shopping street. Hospitallity of personel is exceptional. Possibility to leave bags at reception if you arrive early/leave later (afrer checkout). Kettle and microwave outside od the room (3 rooms share it) is a nice thing to have.

Shower could be a bit cleaner, but no big deal. Breakfast is across the street and it would be nice to have option of eggs and veggies instead of just sandwiches/croissants/cakes/fruit, but for 6e (including drinks) is is ok.

Amazingly friendly staff! Great location on a pedestrian street. Very clean. Comfortable sheets beds and pillows. The family room has a little peak of ocean! Large family room and private at the top of the building.

Just should note that the stairs are narrow and there is no elevator if you have mobility issues. Also, the address that is sent is correct, but the location on Google maps is not correct. Go to the address not the Google map location.

Location is superb. In the heart of Cascais and near everything. The room is spacious with a nice kitchenette. The reception is friendly and welcoming specially Catarina who was very friendly, welcoming, and always smiling ❤️. I strongly recommend the breakfast. The breakfast fast is great in terms of value, content and taste. You will be lucky if you meet Chihiro from Japan. She has a beautiful personality and big smile. We also tried their Yogurt with nuts. It was delicious and served by Mr. Ibrahim the manager. He is a great man with humble heart. Thanks you all for making our visit to Cascais so special.

The stairs are not comfortable

What lovely staff who were so friendly and happy to help. Wonderful breakfast at the cafe opposite - unlimited coffee, lovely fresh orange juice, ham and cheese croissant and pastel del nata. The best location two minutes from the beach. Right next to restaurants, could not fault location. Clean apartment which was huge and very comfy bed!

Unfortunately the noise from other guests really let our stay down. We got woken up multiple times by other guests who were making a lot of noise checking in very late/getting home late. Unfortunately our room also backed onto the corridor with microwave and other bits and bobs and this again woke us up early as people shut the drawers are used the facilities. There was also a major leak from the upstairs shower and our shower leaked but they said they were trying to sort this. Take ear plugs!

Very centrally located in pedestrian precinct. Shops and restaurants at the doorstep. Close to bus and train station. Comfortable and clean room with no street noise. Andressa at reception and her husband Taysson were extremely helpful with suggestions of what I could do, day trips and info on public transport etc.

People on balcony from building across the road could see directly into my room so I tended to keep the curtain closed if I was in the room during the day. Maybe sheer curtains or blinds would allow light but provide privacy.

Easy check in, very central. Decent size room for two people. Beds comfy. Large bathroom. Small kitchenette for tea/coffee, breakfast. You would probably struggle to cook dinner but I dont think anyone would want to as there are numerous choices for food just outside the door! The indian restaurant across the road is very good!

No view from our room as it was at the back of the property. TV in awkward position in the room. Didnt use sofa bed but it looked grotty so wouldnt have wanted to sleep on it, it let the room down and needs to be replaced... Room was at the top of the stairs which meant that it could be noisy at times. Shower screen broken which meant impossible to shower without getting floor wet. Overall fine for a short stay. No parking.

Location is good, on a pedestrianised street very close to restaurants and also the train station and beach. We didn't find it noisy, though we stayed mid-week in late May. The room was big, loads of space despite 4 beds (we had the quadruple on the top floor), it had loads of light and the beds were super comfy.

The quadruple is on the top floor and the 3 flights of stairs to get up are a bit of a killer. There is also no air conditioning in the stairwell so it's super hot. I didn't love having a hanging rail rather than a proper wardrobe,

Location was perfect, very close to restaurants, shops and beaches which were all in easily walkable distance. Staff was fantastic and were very friendly and helpful.

Location was frustrating to locate as the address on booking and Google maps showed it closer to Praia da Ribeira de Cascais. This is where we were dropped off with baggage and then searching for the location. Thankfully the phone number was correct, staff answered and we were told where to head and only had to walk about 5 mins to the right location.

Friendly staff Great location! 1 minute walk to the beach for swimming Very large room with high ceilings, bright large windows and lots of storage (could easily stay here for a week) Discounted breakfast (€6 pp) at cafe across the road with great selection of coffees/pastries/fruit/juices/smoothies/yoghurt. Not very sound proofed (can hear other guests checking in/coming up and downs stairs as well as pigeons on the roof sometimes) but not a major issue at all
