Big room with comfortable bed. Cleanliness is an extra point. The personal in the restaurant are kind.

I was dissappoint on the service. They confirmed my airport transfer 2x but suddenly when we arrived in the airport, No one was waiting for us. I was pissed off, waiting for more than 30 minutes with nothing. Luckily, my cellphone is working in this country so I was managed to call the reception many times without answer. I called them again for the last time after 5 minutes, and thank God someone answered and helped me book a transfer. Imagine I fixed everything already before but ended up so stressful. What if my cellphone was not working in this country, so we will just wait in the airport until the end of the world!!!😖

The hotel is not too far from the town centre, the staff were lovely. Rooms pretty average with kettle, limited tea/coffee and paper cups. Very easy to ask for more. Restaurant and bar very good prices. Some rooms also had a free bottle of wine I think. Good selection at breakfast, hot and cold. Staff were very helpful. They called taxis for us each day and advised places to go.

Only 1 pillow, had to ask a couple of times for more. It is on a very busy road so quite noisy if windows open. They only leave 1 tea and 1 coffee sachet each in room but can easily ask for more. Also paper cups, we took a cup from breakfast to our room as we were there a few days.

The hotel is quite close to the city centre - maybe 15-20 mins walk, has a bus stop right near the hotel; exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfast, there is a small gym with sauna.

The gym is too small, maybe if the threadmills are placed differently and a few dumbells are supplied, the gym would be better and easier to use. But this is only if you are going to exercise at the hotel :)

Sauna was really nice, Hotel assured the privacy in sauna. Fitness arrangements was also remarkable. Besides breakfast was delicious specially bean‘s , eggs etc. coffee was fabulous and juice was fresh and very tasty! Also, Hotel Manager Mr. Robert is an extraordinary and admirable person. Took special care of our every request during our entire stay. Very friendly and helpful. Because of his hospitalization, would love to visit again! Location from Old town is walking distance, so taxi or car is not mandatory. Which I like as well but in case you need there are bus services infront of the hotel, which is also nice

Benzin smell from outside if you open the window was irritating

Best of the best! Excellent room. Nice, clean and quiet. Really helpful and friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Love the place. Will definitely come back and recommend to my friends. Also very important- pets are allowed and I have been travelling with my cat. My cat and I are absolutely happy.

I liked everything

We liked everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially manager Robert who dealt with customers in a friendly, professional manner. Breakfast was delicious. On google you might think that it's off the beaten track but in reality you walk 15 minutes to the old town and public transport is fruequent. All in all we would strongly recommend this hotel where we spent 4 nights.

It's close to the city, breakfasts are good, rooms are okay :) Overall impression is good anyway so the hotel is recommended I would say.

The hotel is a little worse that other Focus Hotels where we stayed. The bathroom fixtures are pretty cheap, the shower cabin is way too tiny

Nice modern hotel with comfortable clean room, super friendly staff, very good restaurant, sauna, parking, 20 minutes by foot to the city center (public transport is available too). Great value for the price.

A little bit far from the city centre but there is a bus stop nearby so you can easily get to the centre rather quickly.
