Room was comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel right in the center of the city which made it very easy to get around.

A little bit more eye for cleaning in corners. My w.c area showed long black hairs and pubic hair around the toilet. Also, perhaps a box of kleenex, in winter time, might be an additional touch that could put somebody faster out of its misery. Instead of using up toilet paper to blow one's nose. Price for breakfast a bit steep to my liking, so I went next door where I had breakfast for half the price.

The location of the hotel is great, super central and the building itself is a monumnent, it is beautiful. Free coffee and tea are available all day and the rooms were spacious with high ceilings. Everything was very clean, with a large rain shower and a separate toilet.

The room was very hot. The air conditioning was not strong enough to cool the room and it was only 23 degrees outside. The pillows were extremely small and hard, and gave us both a bad neck /shoulder ache. We had a beautiful room at the front of the hotel with a great view, but the trams were very noisy. The hotel does give you free earplugs (great!) but if you are a light sleeper that is not enough.

Right in the city centre in a historic building which looked very cool both on the outside and on the inside. Comfortable and reasonably priced. Within a walking distance from the train station.

I would prefer the sink to be in the bathroom and not in the bedroom. The room was on the smallish side. The staff scheduled a tour of the building’s tower for us and cancelled after the planned starting time which made us lose an hour because we were waiting for it before leaving the hotel - would have appreciated cancellation in advance.

The room was nice. The hotel is located in an interesting place: you can see from a window church, on the other hand, the hotel is surrounded by plenty of restaurants and cafes. The most pleasant thing was Albert convenience shop the next street, extremely convenient.

The en-suite bathroom was not really comfortable, but it was an intentional decision to deal with that. One of the days a lift was out of service, which brought a kind of discomfort, taking into account the room was on the third floor.

The modern, comfortable and clean facilities, as well as the nice breakfast buffet, would probably already be reason enough to choose this hotel. But let me tell you a story. I made an online purchase and had it delivered at the hotel. The item was defective, and I was instructed to mail it back in order to be refunded - but I had to do it on the very last day of my stay. And I didn't have much time: this was a business trip, and I was running late for an appointment. The hotel staff helped me enormously here: printing the return label for me, helping me repackage the item and even going so far as taking the parcel off my hands and to the post office themselves. I'm sure they weren't "required" to help me with such a bizarre case, but they just did - with a smile. This friendly attitude towards helping me solve the problem is definitely above and beyond what I would expect from any hotel staff. Adding these remarks to the previously mentioned qualities of the hotel, I would conclude by highly recommending Ibis Styles to anyone visiting The Hague.

Ibis Styles was absolutely perfect! We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was extremelly friendly and polite - we had some questions about the public transportation in the city and the girls were lovely and tried to help us out. The cleaning staff was also very polite. The hotel is beautiful, breakfast was fantastic (so worth the price!), the bed was confortable, the room was small but well designed. Location was great - right in the center of The Hague, close to all the shops, restaurants, museus and it has access to several trans, meaning you can get anywhere in the city. We loved everything about it and will definitely be back if we ever visit The Hague again.

Fantastic location. Right in the middle of city centre. Surrounded by beautiful buildings and all the shops you could wish for. Some sightseeing spots within walking distance. The Hotel is a historic building by architect Berlage. Beds extremely comfortable. Excellent staff, both reception and cleaning staff. The hotel was exactly what I was hoping for. It had the wow, the comfort, en the convenience (just note, no kettle in the room).The tram to Den Haag central station stops opposite the hotel.

Location was great, right at the centre. The building is beautiful. Breakfast was rather limited in choices, but everything tasted great. There is no water kettle in the room but you can get complimentary tea and coffee at any time from the dining area. The room is rather tight but everything was clean and tidy.

The great location means more noise from the life of the city, though ear plugs are provided if you cannot stand the noise.

Great location, unique building, polite & helpful staff. Clean rooms, great shower, comfy beds and well regulated temperature. The breakfast was great, too.

The doors were alarmed and our neighbours couldn't figure it out how these alarm worked. They went in and out the room about 5 times an hour, always triggering two door alarms. Our window was looking over a square where the local pub (or restaurant) was open until late at night with the loud music etc. The were some ear plugs in the room but that still brought the experience down.

Super kind and helpful staff, central location of the hotel. I expected it to be much noisier but it was pretty quiet in the evening. In any case, there are earplugs provided in the room, so we probably just got lucky and picked quiet days to visit. Nice sized room, quite recently renovated and very clean.

Just one thing, it would be useful to have more light around the mirror, a separate lamp perhaps. The one integrated in the mirror is rather dim
