Los Arcos Hotel - TULUM

The location was great, near everything within the city center, you can rent a bike there too. The staff was really friendly, they helped us out with various things and were really sweet. The pool is nice and the sitting area as well. Also, the staff invited us to hit the piñata as it was the time of the year, so we felt really included

If you’re looking for a place to work remotely, I would not recommend this hotel as the WiFi was very spotty. For us this was no problem, as we didn’t need to work. Also the beds are a bit hard, and the breakfast is quite limited (a bit of fruit, one day we had quesadillas and one day we had just two slices of toast) which is fine, but if you’re looking for a more complete breakfast you’ll need to search for another spot to have that.

Adorable little courtyard hotel; reasonably priced in a good location in the town. Rooms were clean (if a bit spartan in their design) and spacious. A/C worked great, bathroom was very modern. The hotel when I was there was very quiet, but I could see if being a bit loud if the wrong crowd is staying there. (The rooms don't do much to shield outside noise.) The pool is decent sized and gets a good amount of sun. The hotel's amenities are basic (tea and coffee always available, a fridge selling cold drinks), but everything else you need is a block away. The staff was VERY nice and friendly and helpful.

The beds are as hard as a rock. I'm not really exaggerating. The wifi was very inconsistent, as was the hot water. Also, the place is a LITTLE hard to find. A bigger sign would help.

The staff were really friendly and had lots of good advice for places to go around Tulum. The AC worked super well, there was hot water and the room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was fairly simple but had fresh fruit so that's a plus. Location is excellent, just a couple of blocks from the main road and one block away from mountains of street food. Great value for the money.

The pool was small, and the water inside was a little cloudy and didn't look inviting. Families with kids in and around the pool can be loud since all the rooms face the courtyard.

A gorgeous courtyard full of plants and palms created a real oasis. There is a sweet little cat, Fanta, who was affectionate and it just made the stay a little more special. Easy walking distance anywhere in town and to the supermarkets.

The wifi could be spotty and I needed it for work. The only other thing I would recommend is to ask families with young kids to try and keep the screaming down. The kids love the pool and it's lovely to see them having fun but after a few hours of really loud play, it would be nice if they were considerate of other guests.

We enjoyed our staying in Los Arcos. Breakfast was really good and they change the menu day to day. The staff is really friendly and they helped us with suggestions of how to move from Tulum. location is good, you can rest with no noise and just walking a couple of blocks you will find nice stores, restaurants and the ‘Combi’ station.

We stayed 3 nights, we were told the room cleaning was done every 2 days (we were ok with that), but when we got to the hotel at the end of the day, we saw there hasn’t been done any cleaning at all… we asked, the front desk lady said they forgot to do it and the cleaning lady was already left… so, that’s not good. They did not change Towels, blankets or even the toilet paper!!! We had to ask at the lobby to have more toilet paper.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Air conditioning was decent. Breakfast was tasty and various every morning but it was available only for one hour. Staff was kind. The common area was nice with a little pool. Tea and coffee was available all the time. There was a hot water in the shower and the pressure was good. There are lots of food vendors at the next street and ADO station is around 15 minutes by walking.

We had lots of big ants at two evenings but have no idea where they came from (they were migrating between bathroom and the room)

Our room was huge and bright. The little kitchen nook was also useful. The WiFi worked well for us. It is nice that they provide free coffee throughout the day.

The pool is a bit small and was cleaned in the afternoon every day when we would have liked to use it. The breakfast is very basic and the same every day.

The environment at the hotel is like a garden, with a small swimming pool. The beds are comfortable. The staff are friendly and a cat is so cute.

1. Some ants climb inside the room. 2. The continental breakfast is so simple. If it could provide with eggs, it would be much better. 3. Limited parking places (3). 4. The room is with kitchen facilities but lack of kitchen paper.

it is a quiet and serene place. There are many small touches that makes the place incredibly welcoming and comfortable. The rooms have high ceilings and very spacious to spread out our luggages.

The mattress is a little hard and wifi not so good for my room, so I have to go to the common area to get food wifi.

All the employees were excellent real nice and patient! Especially David made us feel at home, they cleaned our room everyday and nothing ever went missing totally trustable loyal employees. Also they having laundry service they wash all your clothes and leave them super clean, smelling amazing at a very small cost.. room were really clean, ac worked very good, and water was hot at any hour .. pool was so refreshing an clean and hotel was very close to downtown strip we would literally walk everyday to town and it was beautiful! Hotel has a peaceful vibe also theu sell refreshments in the lobby and free coffee. The employees would look for the cheapest transportation for you to tour the area and also recommended so many amazing places. The cleaning lady's awesome as well we were a big family and had alot of kids and they did great at cleaning! I would definitely book this hotel again on my next visit I rate a 10! We loved it so much and made us feel like home that we were actually sad when we left
