The rooftop!! Great pool!! Hotel is clean and modern. Possibility to check-in 24/7. Big supermarket just around the corner.

Make sure you don't get a room on the ground floor (balcony is not great on the ground floor!). The pool could be a bit cleaner but in general the hotel is very clean.

Nice hotel for long stay. It was comfortable and good. I liked bed, kitchen was equipped well, view from the room to the sunrise was amazing, pool is fantastic. I recommend to use it, not far from the beach, no loud music, friendly staff at the reception.

I didn't expected there was no change for towels. Room service came to clean room everyday, but without changing towels and sheets per 10 days. Maybe it is optional and per money, but I would have been happy to know about it:) Also we asked to get third pillow, there wasn't. Sometimes you can hear your neighbors from other room, but after friendly reminders to be less loud, all is fine. You definitely can stay here.

Sofia Boutique is new and super affordable! The staff at here were super welcoming and kind. I stayed for a few days and each day everyone greeted me with a smile. Bernardo was especially helpful with my daily questions for exploration and traveler tips. Loved the rooftop pool- amazing views! This location was near yummy local restaurants and shopping. Approximately 10-15 minutes(walking) from 5th avenue and the beach- perfect for someone who is open to exploring a bit on their own but not wanting to be on the main strip. I traveled solo and felt very safe.

The location is good, easy to get around on foot. The room is comfortable and clean. Facilities are good, easy place to hang around if it rains like it did on our stay. The room itself is modern and well put together but could be bigger for a family of 4. The main bed is really big and comfortable but the sofa bed is small. I would happily stay here again but would choose a bigger room.

The room isn't a good size for a family of 4, and on Saturday night, the bar across the street was loud.

The room was great, clean and spacious, staff were welcoming and helpful. And the real gem at this hotel is the rooftop area. It is stunning. The pool is fantastic, big enough for a decent swim but also a place to chill out with seats and loungers built into the pool. I could have spent all day just chilling up there.

This hotel was so nice! The pool was absolutely gorgeous, clean, and had a great view. The staff was always helpful and booked tours for us. The room was cleaned for us every day. I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooftop! Omg amazing pool and place to take the sun. And it is open until 10pm! The flat was spacious. The location is perfect, far from the noise of the center but close to the beach and all most delicious restaurants around

The room is huge and have everything you need. The staff is also very respectful and professional. Location it’s perfect because you are just 15 minutes by walk from 5th avenue and the area is quiet and safe.

..bedroom compact and as such insufficient space for decent sized/comfortable seating

The facilities were very clean. The attention was excellent and the hotel is in one of the best locations in Playa del Carmen. We stayed there again a week later. I highly recommended it.
