Hotel Fray Junipero Serra

The rooms and general facilities were clean. The staff was welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast was good.

One of the women’s bathroom stalls, by the restaurant, needs the lock to be fixed. It takes FOREVER to get food at the hotel restaurant. We order an appetizer and it finally came with the main course! On Saturday the waiter was terrible. Poor attitude- only time he showed friendliness is when he asked about the amount of tip to include on the bill, when it was time to pay.

Location was perfect with an astonished view,clean and spacious room,comfortable beds,good pressure shower and hot water,reasonable price and everything near.

I didn't like that the room didn't have a fridge and coffe maker,also breakfast included wasn't that good.

The staff was very polite and professional. They answered all our questions and concerns. I called the front desk because of issues with the internet and they immediately sent someone to fix the problem. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast buffet was excellent! A nice variety of food. The housekeeper left our room spotless and always remembered to leave us extra towels. (4 of us)

Nothing to dislike.

I definitely enjoyed the beautiful common areas. The included breakfast got my morning started very well.

The only thing that did not go well for me was the availability of Wifi. For some reason it would just connect but it would indicate No Internet connection.

The excellent service , staff very helpful the complimentary breakfast ,very covid conscious and restaurant in hôtel great selection. Added 2 more days as my husband was in the Hospital awaiting surgery.Very accommodating brought husband there after surgery and staff was more than helpful with a wheel chair and room service. As well as having the complimentary breakfast in our room as he was unable to walk.And lots of help leaving the Hospital .

I did had a little problem with some leaking water from the sealing. But I was accommodated to another room. So I was satisfied.

convenient location. you walk outside and the downtown plaza is literally steps away. large variety of places to eat and things to do. Also Fray Junipero restaurant has really good breakfast.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. Always excellent service from all team members. Restaurant has excellent choices of quality food.

Central location to shops, restaurants and other activities.

I booked 2 rooms with king size beds but then was given 2 room with 2 small full beds. The cost was slightly higher for king room but paid the same for full. Not sure if this was a simple error or a $ game for hotel. I thought I heard hotel offer people in front of me king rooms. We enjoyed our stay anyways.

breakfast was delicious and the beds were the most comfortable beds we've slept on since moving to Mexico 5 years ago! LOVE this hotel! It was our 4th stay here and we're going back there again next week with another couple on our way to Mazatlan!!!
