Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Ensenada Centro, an IHG Hotel0

The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. The hotel is located right across the street from La Hoguera, a great restaurant and near plenty of coffee shops and eateries. The facility is beautiful, as is the view of the city from the room.

There was construction near the elevators on several floors and the breakfast was underwhelming. The "Mexican" part of the breakfast- beans, tortillas, salsa, chilaquiles, pan dulce were kind of gross. The fresh fruit and the coffee were the only positives.

What I loved was Olga our camista , I think I'm saying that right . My sister has epilepsy and she suddenly wakes up and throws up with out warning , one morning she accidentally thew up on her sheets and was so embarrassed. We left Olga a note and she took care of it with no questions asked . I really appreciated that . So special thanks to Olga! I also loved the the service that you received when arriving the guy that helps you bring down ur luggage he helped my partner store the car rack till it was time to go again.

The only thing I didn't like was that the breakfast egg had ham , I only eat chicken or turkey . I also didn't like that you didn't have a refrigerator . But honestly everything was amazing !

Excellent location and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I forgot my travel documents for my pet that justifies him staying with me and the manager made an exception and let us stay, thank you for being so understanding. We made sure that our pet a senior Chinese Crested was like he never existed during our whole week. We had a perfect family vacation. All of the staff in general were amazing! Highly recommended, great breakfast and excellent covid protocols!

Everything was great. The breakfast was fabulous, and the location was great. Security was a 10. We were there with our kids, and I felt extremely safe. The location is perfect. Will definitely stay here again. And definitely recommending this hotel to family and friends.

Nothing everything was prefect

The staff have been very nice and cooking me eggs for breakfast when the only other option has meat in it. In general I think it is probably best not to make one of the only vegetarian protein sources on offer a meat dish.....

Super friendly staff throughout. Comfortable rooms with great facilities, good wi-fi, close to Centro and tourist areas. Excellent buffet breakfast.

Noisy, disrespectful guests - but that's NO fault of the hotel. Room doors tend to slam shut loudly when let go... If you stay here, please be considerate to others.

N/A. I just wish that maybe there would be a small refrigerator in the rooms. But other than that everything was great!

I like the EV charging.

There was a none EV park on the charging parked, and there was no EV CHARGING ONLY. I think the security should tell the owners of the cars not to park. Only ELETRICAL VEHICLES...

Breakfast was ok. Ate there once, but of course I had to try the restaurants around the area. The location is great.; walking distance to the Malecon, stores, museums, etc. Covid-19 protocols are great as well. Masks are required, hand sanitizer dispensers are placed all over the hotel. Nice pool, the kids loved it. The gym is also nice, great for getting some cardio work done.

Elevator too small. That is about the only thing that could have been better. Other than that everything was great. Can't say much more here.

The breakfast was rich in Mexican food. I found other items for me and was good. The location was central and a lot of restaurant in the area. The crew was very nice and welcome us. The hotel has chargers for EV and this was a plus to me.
