I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Kuala Lumpur. The location is unbeatable — it’s right beside a shopping mall, which made it so convenient for dining, shopping, and even grabbing quick essentials. Everything I needed was just a short walk away. The apartment-style room was spacious, modern, and fully equipped with all the amenities you could ask for. Having a kitchen, washing machine, and other home comforts made it feel like a second home — perfect for both short and long stays.

Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. There’s honestly nothing I can think of that needs improvement. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur!

Used to stay here all the time since 2015. It's my first time back here after the recent renovation. As always, pool is beautiful and the gym is really huge and quite well equipped. The service is amazing as well. The plus point is the executive lounge where guests can relax and grab a drink or light snacks. Tip: Visit the lounge in the morning for some light bites, may run out in the afternoon. Superb location, connected to Gardens Mall and Mid Valley.

Honestly, I preferred the old design for the 2-bedroom suite. The TVs provided are way too small for the size of the suites. I'm not sure if they preserved the old furnitures but the 2nd room's cupboard had a faulty light which would not switch off even when the door is closed. Other than that, everything else was pretty up to par.

The swimming pool and gym are well maintained. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

The hotel seems to have some cost cutting measures or trying to go "green". Water is supplied in glass bottles that are not possible to bring out of the room for consumption. The Spread (restaurant) does not offer buffet dinner on Christmas Eve which we enjoy whenever we spend our Christmas at the hotel. Also, the hotel used to put Christmas cookies and gingerbread men in the room on Christmas Eve to lighten up the mood. Sadly, it no longer practises this anymore, probably due to cost cutting measures.

The location is excellent, with direct access to Gardens Mall and just a few minutes’ walk to Mid Valley Megamall. Additionally, the staff were very accommodating and provided excellent service, from the front desk to housekeeping. Overall, my stay was pleasant, and I’d love to book again when I visit KL in the future

A minor issue was the power sockets near the bed, which was a bit loose. Although there were other power outlets available, the one by the bed was the most convenient. However, due to its looseness, I didn’t feel comfortable using it.

Not a smooth check in. One of the front desk officer name syafiqah, not welcome me well. No eye contact, no hai, no welcome, nothing!!!. I undertsand that u were busy, but common on, this is a 5 star hotel. and as a a muslim salam pon tak bagi. She only ask me, "bayar pakai apa?" I was like...??? Stunt. After finish check in, she didnt even bother to brief me about breakfast time, which floor, and didnt even brief me wheres swimming pool/gym at, also about validating parking, untiI i asked. I was very disappointed with the service. Very poor soft skills, and didn't treat guest at best.

The room is nice and large. We liked the spaciousness, and the chaise lounge is a bonus. The bathroom is also very spacious. Towels are nice and thick. Green tea sachets are a nice option. AC control works well. Good number of choices for breakfast. The Chinese porridge was always good and the Thosai is 1st class.

The only thing is that the shower area is very near the door, so the floor gets wet and slippery. This can be a bit dangerous, especially at night or for old people.

St Giles Boulevard Hotel is perfectly located right above the Mid Valley Megamall and The Gardens Mall, making it an ideal choice for anyone who loves shopping and dining. The convenience of having two major malls just an elevator ride away is unbeatable! The hotel is easily accessible, with excellent connectivity to key areas of the city. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, the location is incredibly practical. There’s also a wide variety of fantastic restaurants within the malls, offering something for every palate. From casual eateries to fine dining, you’re spoiled for choice. Highly recommend St Giles Boulevard for its prime location, convenience, and access to great food options!

Review for St Giles Boulevard Hotel - Parking Issues While St Giles Boulevard Hotel offers a fantastic location and great amenities, the parking situation can be quite frustrating. Guests need to navigate to the premier and Zone ‘U’ areas to park, which can be confusing if you’re not familiar with the layout. On top of that, finding an available parking spot feels like a competition, especially during peak hours. The shared parking with the mall adds to the challenge, as spaces are often limited and in high demand. If you’re driving, I’d recommend allowing extra time to sort out parking or considering alternative transport options. It’s a small drawback to an otherwise great hotel experience, but something to be aware of!

-Location is accessible and convenient indeed! - it is just directly above the Gardens Mall, and link conveniently to the Mid Vally mall. Good for shopping and food. -The apartment is quite clean and spacious. It would be even better if only the property has a 3-bed room size for big families. The maximum size currently is 2 bedroom configuration. - For food, when the malls are closed, the property provides a 24-hr room service, even though it does not have a physical restaurant on site (only a small lounge).

Nothing much.

Perfect location for both business and holiday travellers. The rooms were large and well laid out. Lights were adequate (most hotel rooms are too dim). The bed was comfortable.

There is no acknowledgement at all of returning visitors! I have been coming to stay at The Gardens every December for 7 years consecutively! The hotel system did not pick it up at all. It would have been nice if someone at Reception said, "Welcome back, Ms Wong!" Perhaps it is time to consider another place. There are many hotels within shopping malls...

Location was excellent with 2 big malls below and a mrt nearby. The reception tried to get me connecting rooms but he couldn’t find it but I truly appreciated his effort for giving us rooms from the same level and row. And our rooms were ready before 3pm :-) The pillow comprised of both hard and soft and together with the soft mattress, we had a good rest! PS: the hotel will undergo renovation in Mar 2025.

The price in RM is higher than what was quoted by booking.com. In addition other platform offered better price and also comes with breakfast. Hence, I think Booking.com might need to negotiate for a better deal with the hotel?
