The room exceeds my expectations with its remarkable spaciousness. It is clean and cozy. My stay was exceptional, and the check-in process was effortless. The staff members are exceptionally friendly, greeting us warmly every time we pass through the lobby. But make sure NOT to check out before 9 am, as the staff working hours started at 9am.

Finding the location using Waze can be challenging, as it may direct you to the underground area. However, by paying attention to the signboards, you can navigate to the correct spot. Traffic tends to be congested during lunchtime and after work hours. Overnight parking was a bit pricey, costing approximately RM 22 parking from 8 pm to 9 am the next day. Not sure if I went to the right parking spot as no information is provided by the host. The soundproofing is somewhat lacking, as noises from adjacent rooms and corridors can be heard when doors are opened and closed. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall stay was very enjoyable!

Having stayed here two years ago we loved the location. The staff at reception were always friendly and very helpful. We had a great view from the apartment, and were comfortable for the three weeks we spent there. I am also glad to note that some of the negative things I experienced the last time was not repeated and this was a totally positive experience.

It would be great if there was a toaster in the kitchen, and some kitchen towels and hand towels for the bathroom. We found the pillows uncomfortable for such a long stay. There should be a possibility to offer hourly parking for guests instead of only all day parking. The other downside of course is that you can't really walk anywhere except to the mall, but that is city living in Kuala Lumpur.

We kept adding nights because this place is just really good. It’s super clean, the apartments are huge, the bathrooms are nice. Washing machine is there, as well as drying rack etc. The infinity pool area is beautiful, plenty of chilling space. On same floor you can also find an in and outdoor space for yoga/pilates etc. I tried the bouldering area and the gym and both were pretty good! The location is good because it’s connected to the Abdullah Hukum metro station that goes to a lot of convenient and tourist places. And it’s also connected to the Gardens/Mid Valley/ Mega mall (with nice cinemas). And KL Eco city (has a big gym, and a boulder/climbing hall). So all in all great stay, price was really high over new years but after it became super reasonable. Outside is also a 7 eleven and there’s a decent (but pricey) restaurant inside the building as well.

This pleasant and clean establishment is conveniently located near shops and three shopping malls, all within walking distance. It's ideal for families, offering a pool for children and a play area. The staff were very helpful. Our spacious apartment, upgraded at no extra cost, offered a lovely view from the infinity pool and the apartment itself.

Housekeeping services are provided for stays exceeding seven days. We found it slightly inconvenient that additional trash bags were not supplied, requiring us to purchase our own.

Perfect location next to the Gardens and Midvalley. Awesome rooftop pool. The staff was super friendly, especially Sega helped us very well with information for late checkout etc. Thank you! All the staff are great.

When we enter the apartment there is a bit of a strange smell. It was not bad but just strange. After a few minutes in the apartment we didn’t smell it anymore. We suggest to refresh the apartment just before renting it out. Further it would be nice to have kitchen towels in the kitchen, and a complimentary hair conditioner. Then it would be complete. The beds were a bit hard. One could like it or not.

I like that it is spacious and it's complete(no oven). You can cook, microwave, do laundry etc. Pool is also good. Bed was comfortable as well as sofa. It seems newly built hence it feels new and modern. Location is situated near the gardens and midvalley, as well as train. Wifi is fast, there is low density and there are plenty of elevators. Staff are also helpful with your queries. Overall my family and I enjoyed our stay. Would recommend to others!!!

Did not know there is no escalator to go down when your coming from the mall (the gardens or midvalley). Should be considered for someone who has mobility issue. There is no ceiling fan in the sleeping room only in living room. Also the bathroom is shared for both rooms.

Fantastic location with Midvalley and the LRT on the doorstep - so food, shopping and sightseeing were all incredibly easy. The rooftop pool was amazing and my kids enjoyed the climbing wall. The apartment had wonderful views and the washing machine was a real bonus! The bathroom was well equipped and shower was really powerful. Reception staff were excellent - very responsive as we arrived late at night. Check in and check out was super easy.

Apartment was not as clean as I expected - odd bits of rubbish from previous stay. The kitchen definitely needed more equipment - one small saucepan and a broken handled frying pan was all and not enough cutlery - some drinking glasses would also be good other than the wine glasses! The overall decor was rather minimalist compared to the photos. Nothing that marred our stay - just a bit less than expected.

The apartment’s entrance is just opposite Amari KL, easy enough if you came by e-hailing. Check in was at 3pm, no early check in allowed. Very near abdullah hukum’s LRT station. You can walk to KL eco city mall (5mins) and The Gardens and midvalley through the bridge, took about 10-15mins of walking. Need an emergency visit to the dentist and there’s one at the KL eco city mall, so very convenient. The unit is spacious for the 2 of us. Theres netflix provided as well. Bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was heavenly. Seems like all the amenities are available if you want to cook your own meal (for long term tenants). Coffee and teas were also provided. All in all, it was a nice stay!

We enjoyed our stay in KL as a family. It’s a great accommodation for families, with a microwave, washing machine, and kitchen. The children especially enjoyed the pool and climbing area. A couple of small things to note: there was no clothes drying rack or small face towels provided. Overall, the location is very convenient — just a short walk to a 7-Eleven in the next building, and close to the shopping mall and restaurants in Mid Valley City.

It was perfect for us as families and couples as the space was spacious and complete with utensils and even washing machines.

They provided dishwasher but no dish scrubber provided so it was a little difficult. The self checkout says check out by 12pm but on the day of check out we receive message about check out by 11am and any check out from 12-3pm onwards has additional charges.
