There was a mischarged on parking fees on my 1st nite stay, but management managed to settle it on the next nite. Parking fees quite high and the Hotel offers a flat rate of RM 10 per nite which is payable but its only upon check out....if we go out in between need to pay the parking according to the rate.

very strategic location, just opposite petaling street. hotel is new and clean.

it feels unsafe to go back at late night. it’s connected to kompleks kota raya but the complex is already closed at midnight so we need to take the side lift and it’s a bit dark. if you’re travelling solo i would advise not to go back too late.

Location really good, walking distance to petaling, stasions, pasar seni, sentral market, mydin, resto. It was a good stay. Staff were very kind. Clean room and bathroom, the aircon really cool. I arrived at 7am and waited (slept) in the lobby. They gave me early check-in 12.30pm without an additional fee. Thank you Mr. Faiz.

Toilet and prayer room (surau) in the lobby were kinda dirty. Maybe not many guests use it, so they don't clean it often.

Family room was spacious, bed were very comfortable and cleanliness was good... Free self service apparel washing provided.

Parking is expensive... According to hotel is rm 10 flat rate for a night..but the parking management said calculate by day..where been charged rm 20.00 on my exit, doesn't get the proper answer from hotel management.. They should provide stirrer to make our own coffee as no coffee provided

The facilities are all well & still in like a brand new condition. Very near to petaling street, pasar seni, rexkl.

check inn process very slow eventho there's no other guest ( take around 15min ) , and wifi can connect on first night only ( we stayed for 6d5n ) . and laundry machine are limited since the hotel itself use it to wash/dry their own bedding/towels. So, have to wait if want to use.

Front desk need to add more staf as the waiting for registration is too long and about nearly 1 hr. Cause only 1 staf at the counter n we can understand him. Pls management, add more front desk staf k. Tq

Nak cari location mmg susah, u akan jumpa opd building outside, instead of outside is newly renovate hotel.

for a 3star hotel, i can say it is a perfect stay. only walking distance to pasar seni 👍🏻 everything is clean, w/ spacious room. iron with board need to request at the counter, no limitation of time to use it. aircond in the room and heater in the bathroom functioned well 👌🏻

much better if theres hanging spot to hang towel/clothes. but it doesnt bother us much so its okay 😄

The room is very clean and the staff is nice. It is quite near the Dataran Merdeka and Jalan Petaling Street, as well as near the LRT Station and Mrt Station.

Hair dryer is not provided in the hotel.

The hotel was clean and neat. Easy parking and located near atrraction places. Overall was excellent

It is good if you can provide kettle in each and every room. Even though they provide hot water dispenser outside of the room

excellent location friendly staff provide laundry service quiet room

maybe provide better pillow smelly room
