Breakfast was great and tasty, lots of options for food and drinks. Location being near 1Borneo Mall means that going for shopping runs don't take very far to go to, and the staff are quite friendly and helpful. Pretty rooms and facilities, gives off the aesthetics of a top-line hotel despite the prices.
I hope that the side entrance that's directly connected to the 1Borneo mall is fixed in the future, since it'll help cut down on the distance between the two places, even if only by a small amount. Check-in process took a bit longer than usual due to the UMS convocation week, but overall, it was more of a minor issue than anything major.

Day 1 staying there, toilet bowl wasn't so clean as i expect the typical hotel clean. Next day the housekeeping clean up our room n toilet bowl as well. All staff we meet so friendly and helpfull

location, near to the place I want to work I would like to give a great customer service for the reception guy name Khairil. He helped me to arrange my transportation and go extra miles to assist even though he already ended his shift and got home. His attitude showed that the hotel got the right talent and training. Great job Khairil.

Delay of check in. 40 minutes of waiting, plus another 30 minutes because early arrived. Total more than 1 hour. The function of coonecting door, need to change the tombol to manual push button, so not easily auto closed.

It has swimming pool and near to the 1B mall.
The water heater was not really hot. The baby cot provided cannot be locked. My husband had to use the pencil in the room as a diy lock.
