Hotel is located within walking distance to the city center like easy access to the weekend market at Gaya Street by foot. In short if you are not the lazy type who likes to explore places by foot then this place is ideal. The staff are very cooperative and helpful which happened to us. Really appreciate their kind assistance. Breakfast - oh! it offers bits of everything for all. No one should be complaining.

The empty small lane on left side of this hotel definitely needs some sprucing up job. It's dark, unsightly dirty and smells unpleasant. It certainly doesn't match up to the image for a clean hotel.

the strategic location (it is located at the bus station so you can transit to various areas in Sabah via bus) the surrounding (eateries are around from mamak to KFC) the facilities (iron and ironing board station outside) restaurant downstairs working elevator (can fit 5 people with small luggages) mini bar in the room complimentary toiletries (toothbrush with toothpaste) affordable room rate inclusive buffet breakfast with a lot of selection my dad definitely liked it there since he asked to arrange for a stay there again next time

parking. the only major incovenience was the parking, since the hotel is located near the bus station, at night the parking was almost empty but during the day, it was full with those vans and buses. other thing is you need to wake up early at least at 7am to move your car if you parked at the station area, since the buses and vans come as early as 6.

At my first day check on its bit disappointed because the room given smelly smoke if cigarettes. It's make us feel dizzy a bit and uncomfortable. But the staff of Mazlan very good and managing to change of room asap. This to Booking.com I frustrated because supposedly my room including the breakfast because I put my filter search "breakfast included". Unfortunately, the day of for breakfast our name not available for the breakfast. We have you pay separately and it's quite costly actually among the rest hotel on suggestions. Thank you so much!

The location is good The hotel is quite old but is clean.

The hotel reception should keep some parking coupons . We drove there and was told that the coupon kiosk was some distance away. All the nearby shops also did not sell the coupons....Being a 1st time visitor and as I was walking to search for the coupon kiosk...I was really put-off by all the dark dirty side alleys..

Strategic location within city centre..walking distance to night market/gaya street and eateries..friendly staff that made me feel so welcome..Thanks Mr. Mazlan for the tips and information about KK..we appreciate it so much..

It could be of tv reception which was not that good..could be improved better...

Close proximity to shopping outlets and eateries.

The pillows were all too high for our liking. Was informed by housekeeping that the hotel's pillows were the same size. Just have to remember to bring our own pillow the next time we visit.

Everything was great, suits the price. I got the city view room, loved it. The room was cool, the toilet is clean. The staffs are great. Place is strategic bcs it's already in the city, close to Gaya Street nightmarket, convenience store, etc. It isn't like a WOW hotel but overall it was a comfortable stay. If you want an impressive place to stay, opt for a 4 or 5 stars hotel. In conclusion, would certainly come again.

The lighting placement in the room was a bit weird for me but its okay. They do not provide extra blankets or pillows or etc if we wanted to request something extra in the room. The floor was chilly and my brother only slept with his towel as blanket hahaha. Hopefully the hotel improves that part!

Location is centralized, 15-20 min walk to night markets and Jesselton Jetty point. Can spot the hotel from far away. Room is comfortable

Breakfast is decent but would be better with more changes. I stayed there for 5 days and the choices almost the same A movie channel could be added in the TV program

i love this place, bcs its located at the city, reasonable price, near to jetty, filipino market, jetty. easy to park, easy to catch grab. the staff all nice, they manage to accept our late request, willing to give us extra hours for stay just add 50myr until 5pm. the staff also let us keep our luggage at their storage even we already checkout while we go out for shopping before going to airport.
