Convenient location and good value for money. One of my favorite choice in JB. Staff are always helpful, available and friendly and there is a 24 hr coffeeshop and convenience store downstairs

Bed and pillows too soft. The water pressure for shower is my room is not strong and water not hot even when I turn on full. Not all the rooms are like this though for the shower. But the bed are the same.

The super friendly staffs, the hotel design concept, the bathroom (especially the shower!), the location near to the JB City Square, the convenient stores, a bridge linking to JB Sentral in about 5-7 mins walk. You wont get hungry staying around here. There's a money changer service around the corner of the road, I dont remember the building's name where the shop is located but the building is opposite to JBCC building

I got a non-smoking room, on one level under the smoking level, unfortunately the unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke infiltrated the room through AC. Thank God the smoke smell went away on the next day, maybe the people checked out already. Another a bit unfortunate case is my room is literally opposite to the hawkers on the street and the room is not that soundproof, I could even heard all-night conversions and some short quarrel scenes around 5 a.m. No self service laundry around the area too

Walking distance to CIQ JB Sentral and JB City Square. Can also walk to nice cafes and kopitiams in heritage buildings. The staff is very friendly and gave us great directions on how to cross woodland by bus.

The area where the hotel is located is quite dingy due to unoccupied shoplots, but the hotel has a security guard at night so it's safe.

Location: walking distance from the train station. Close to markets and plenty of choices for food. I chose the Belllo because it reviewed well for cleanliness. I was not disappointed.

Front desk was all friendly. Always greeting us whenever we came back to the hotel. Bryan was extremely polite and answered all my questions. Both rooms were cleaned. Overall experience was satisfactory.

The room is comfortable, and the location of the hotel is great, it's close to the JB Customs, so it's convenient to get to. The staff manning the reception was really friendly and helpful as well.

The location was good because very near to Baazar Karat. The staff very helpful & friendly.
