Apple Heritage Hotel

location and room was great, i like the bed but the washroom was a bit dirty and the toiletries steel rack was totally rusted, maybe can replace with new one and also there's no phone in the room, you know incase we wanted to extend the stay or late checkup, lazy to go to the reception la.

Deep clean, change the toiletries rusted rack and put tissue.

1. Strategic location, near the town. Within walking distance. Example: 300 meters to roti canai transfer road and +-600 meters to Hamediyah. 2. Ample parking space and it is foc. The parking is wthin their compound and you can feel safe about it. 3. Aircond was super duper cold. 4. Bed and pillow was really comfy. 5. Love the shower.

1. A refrigerator inside the room would be better. The room that i booked didn't have one, was informed that different type of room got refrigerator inside their room. 2. Since our room was near the entrance and receptionist, sometime u can heard chit chat among guest and staff that was on the lobby. 3. Sometimes i can hear footsteps from guest from above our room. As if we are living in a double storey wooden house. When someone stomping their feet upstairs, u can hear them from below. 4. Iron and iron board inside the room would be great.

The place was good for all my activities

The noise from upstairs was unbearable at 1.30am. I had to turn on my tv to overcome the noise

clean comfort and the room was big

receptionist cant speak local language. LOL

The stay was awesome with friendly staff, spacious room with facilities and free parking. Besides that, this hotel near to foodshop. Recomended for all!

My room is on the 1st floor, the stairs are very dangerous for elderly people...

Good for money,large private parking space

Good bed, good shower, working air conditioner. I liked that there was a window with a view. Location was pretty good, just a little walk to get to the interesting parts of town. Good value for money.

I wished the air conditioning unit would have been anywhere else in the room instead of directly above the bed. When it turned on, it blew cold air directly on me. Also there is an outdoor bar across the street with music at night. I still slept ok, but some people might struggle a bit.

1) Strategic place 2) the interior design was so nice 3) free parking 4) my son made friends to one of the receptionist who was very kind.

1) One of the receptionist was NOT friendly when i asked about the housekeeping. 2) When we get back to the hotel, our room was so smelly but the weird thing is our room was just clean up by the housekeeper. 3) since we stayed on the ground floor, we can hear from 1st floor the guests were jumping and playing at middle of the night when we're sleeping. And it was so annoying!!!
