The rooms offered a magnificent view, providing a serene escape with all the comforts you could wish for. The cleanliness and attention to detail in every corner of the hotel did not go unnoticed. However, what truly set this experience apart was the brilliance of the staff. Each member of the team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. Their recommendations for local dining and attractions helped us discover the beauty of Beirut in a way we never expected. The Beach Lounge is a highlight not to be missed. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Riviera hotel with a fantastic location and an exceptional staff. The overall experience was positive, with notable highlights such as the prime location, friendly staff, and a well-maintained, modern room offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. The room itself was a haven of cleanliness and modern design, complete with a charming balcony that provided a perfect vantage point for enjoying the scenic beauty around. The proximity to various restaurants, the boardwalk, and coffee shops added convenience and made our stay even more enjoyable.

There was a notable downside to our otherwise pleasant stay. Our room had a connecting door to another room, which, while locked, did little to muffle the sounds from the adjacent space. This lack of sound insulation made us uncomfortable as we could hear conversations and activities from the neighboring room, and we couldn't help but wonder if they could hear us as well. In an effort to enhance privacy, it would be beneficial for the hotel to address this issue by improving the soundproofing of the doors between rooms. Ensuring that guests can enjoy a peaceful and private stay is crucial, and sealing these doors more effectively would go a long way in achieving that goal.

The area is an incredibly good choice where the hotel is located! Cafes and restaurants are right next to it, the sea is right in front of it and I liked the idea of the underground tunnel a lot where it takes you to the swimming pool and the restaurant to have breakfast. It was such an amazing experience to be there! Not to forget they were very kind and understanding about my situation, they didn’t add up the %5 fee coz I didn’t have enough money on my card, talking about card.. I was very happy that they accept credit card as in a lot of places in Lebanon they don’t.. so it was a nice feeling! Also after explaining my situation to them they gave me back the money that they kept ahold coz I didn’t have anymore left with me and needed to buy dinner at least for my last day stay in Lebanon, for how understanding and nice they were about my situation I really appreciate it!

I know it’s the hotel’s policy but I found it a bit unnecessary that they keep ahold 100$ for your stay and give it back to you later. Also I feel like they could have done a bit more to the hotel room by adding a bit more decoration it would just feel a bit nicer.

the management of the building, Imad. What a world class professional, brilliant skills and would highly recommend. I used this hotel to facilitate getting married and couldn't suggest or highlight this service any more than coming to stay again.

The staff were very friendly and professional. They listened to my concerns and rectified any issue I had during my stay

The first room had connecting doors which was Annoying and noisy in the first two nights until i got upgraded to a better room.

Very comfortable bed. Room service was great. Best fries in the whole wide world !!! Nice pool area.

It was my birthday and I’ve told them beforehand via mail and asked for some birthday suggestions in the area or in the hotel. No answer. Not even a Happy Birthday when I arrived with flowers in my hand… sad experience.

Newly refurbished hotel. The room was clean and spacious. If you like a bit to party in a beach club atmosphere, it is perfect. However it was still quiet n the room when we needed a rest. Nice little cakes at the front desk

Even though it was newly refurbished I found the equipment in the room a bit cheap for this range of price

It’s Beirut so that every hotel has an internet problem of course.. there was no electricity problem, the generator works well. Staff were friendly.

Didnt like that xtra prepayment is needed for staying there and parking is actually not very safe, its just a place in the street so if you want to leave the car for long time it will be not good
