The check in was smooth and easy. The beds were comfortable to sleep in and the room seemed clean. Enjoyed going to the pool, however it is quite small.

Would not call this a 5 star hotel. The idea to have the sink out in the room definitely is not the most convenient thing and takes away from the pleasant stay. Also the soundproofing isn't the best as we could hear people and cleaners in the hallway majority of the time. The Room was also pretty dark and if you have the curtains open the view is to the people walking in the hallway across.

Fabulous room with huge terrace, very modern and comfortable accommodation. Extremely polite and helpful personnel and should point out great location of the venue being at the edge of the Old Town and Business center, just next to the river side that facilitates good walk around

The building is next to local Parliament house therefore if you come by private transfer it is not possible to come straight to the door but need to walk through small green area, abt 2 min...

I liked the way the staff treated me, I would say it was great. I needed a chair and a desk and everything was brought in 10 minutes. I needed an earlier check-in because of the cancelled flight, the staff took my opinion and supported me. That's 10 out of 10 points.

A bit far from cab point, I had to move 150 meters to the other parking lot to sit to taxi. That's a bit awkward that the governmant blocked this space for parking. But this is not a hotel responsibility, this these are just cons.

Pullman is a true gem! The staff is friendly and attentive, the room was great, and they provide nice toiletries, which seems to be a rarity these days. There is a small pool and sauna which works for most of the day so you can enjoy them whenever. Wifi is great too. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay!

They didn't clean our room during the entire stay which was disappointing. We only stayed 2 days so it wasn't a huge issue but definitely could be more attentive.

Rooms very nice and clean, all needed higene things was in the room included, tasty coffe, nice spa. Only thing what was not told at the reception about the mini bar, cause we didnt know that after covid all minibars are empty and filled only after special request. Maybe it was mentioned on booking but then didnt read it,didint pay attention, just would be nice if staff then remind this :) Rather than that excelent hotel, very pleasent stay, location - just perfect.

For a five start hotel, the service was extremely mediocre. The cleaning staff left dirty dishes in our room one day and failed to refill the soap or provide towels. We called four different times over the course of eight hours until finally the front desk person said she’d just do it herself. Pool is a nice option but small and dark.

Cozy hotel with an amazing location - the old town is just "around the corner". Public parking is just a few steps away too. Clean room and very nice bathroom.

The room was really dark, with one small window to the wall. We asked for a brighter room while making the order, but did not succeed in getting one. Also, it is not possible to drive up to the hotel - you should go straight to the public parking lot behind the hotel. This could and should be mentioned while making the reservation - it would help to avoid inconveniences for the guests.

Riga is really small so don't get put off by the fact that it's not next to the 22 bus stop (the airport one). It's 10 - 15 minutes through the pictoresque old center and no matter which street you take, you're gonna see some sights. The hotel and room themselves is quiet even though it's just a few houses from some main street. The hotel is pretty nice. My rooms was pretty spacious and the bed was nice and comfy and they had orthopedic pillows! That is a first time I encountered orthopedic pillows in a hotel room as a base line. They also have - get this - pillow menu. Yep, pillow menu, where you can select from like 6 types of pillows in case the regular and the orthopedic ones that are not bed don't suit you. That's some next level stuff. The staff was nice and very welcoming and of course the was a place to store luggage before and after check in and check out.

Great and very helpful staff really go the extra mile to help Amazing and versatile breakfast actually serving Latvian food too (herring, smoked fish, cottage cheese, rye bread). Spa zone was available at any time and free (there are hotels that charge for it). Comfy bed with orthopedic pillows really improving sleep quality, enough space, tasteful design throughout the hotel. Quality reading material in the lobby and rooms.

Everything was very nice and comfortable. The reception staff were really professional and helpful! The room was really spacious and nice. There was everything you could possibly need for your stay. They even had nespresso machine for your perfect morning coffee. The pool area was just awesome! Even though it’s not the biggest room but it’s really cozy with the cute view. We were alone in the pool area for several hours and they even heated the sauna when we asked where exactly the pool is just to be sure.
