The staff made me feel very welcome and made my stay very comfortable. They also greeted me warmly at the start.

The financial value that was so high, but as a 5 star it deserves it

We literally loved EVERYTHING at the Waldorf Astoria Kuwait! Everything from the super friendly, helpful and kind staff who went above and beyond to make our stay a special one especially Mr.Baharat at the front desk who made our check in super efficient and gave us free breakfast during our stay and also Mr.Sheikh Abdulrahman at the in-room dinning who was also super friendly and gave us free arabic coffee and dessert! The room was very spacious, airy , and had very relaxing ambiance and vibes! Also, the TV size in the room was way above average for a hotel. The bathroom was also a solid 10/10 (amazing shower and the bathtub is spacious). I can't forget to mention the delicious food offered at the in-room dinning as well as the breakfast buffet. Overall, I would say this is by far the BEST hotel in Kuwait and I highly recommend for a staycation as well as a vacation! 10/10 in all aspects.

to be honest for the first time in 5 stars luxury hotel i face a problem but its a problem with the person himself not the hotel brand as they want to clean the room but she didn’t follow the procedures she would clean and let you come with a comfortable room but this is not the way that you knock the door one time and get in without permission as am and family inside and its happen 2 times within few hours. i believe its not intended but still its bother you in your privacy.

As far as first impressions go, the Waldorf’s Astoria Kuwait staff were welcoming and friendly. We booked the deluxe room (52 m^2 )and it was spacious and modern (similar to Four seasons Kuwait style but the room is a little bigger w sharhaaa akthar 😍) 🛁 was good.( get the bubble bath from Lush or body shop) The view there is nothing to see either mall side or the 5th road so for the view rating 3 out of 10, but the location 20 out of 10. It’s located in prestige and near Hermes store, and VOX cinema. They have variety of options for in room decorations and the Conceirge team were helpful 👍 Swimming pool was amazing to stay and relax or swim. There is a coffee bar too. Kids club and the spa were closed and hopefully in December hopefully. They have great cafe called Peacock in the lobby. Service was fast and great 👍. In room dinning was fine. We tried Ava restaurant ( Pizza and it was ok) For breakfast we tried the continental breakfast and its was fine. Staffs were so helpful and wants you to relax and enjoy your time in the hotel. The front office manager ENGIN GODKERE , godemen, ahmad alqudasi and shyen (he was from Bali) and all of them that I don’t remember their names were helpful and will make your stay more memorable. They have a Japanese restaurant called Roka and the restaurant was ok too. •Here is some suggestions that I wish to see when I come back again. Security Gate that have license plate recognizer and can be opened by room card too so we don’t take long time to enter because of the security guy. Creating menu for brunch that have more options for example normasnyc menu. & See you soon enshalah in our next visit

I didn’t like that when we have just arrived they entered the room with out me opening the door and when I called them to complain he did not listen he said we wanted to give you a welcoming fruit, but even if you want to give us welcoming fruit you must wait for me to open the door you can’t enter the room , and they take so long to answer the phone, I asked for wire from the reception they said they bring it but they did not bring any thing

My experience exceeded my expectations from the service provided by the staff till the facility available in the hotel and provided to us. Staff always available, friendly, quickly responding. Whatever we requested for was been given to us. The connection with the avenue makes the experience much nicer. Surely will be my first choice whenever I visit Kuwait. The size of room and how it was clean was not forgettable with the nice furniture and decorated was awesome

I’ve been in many hotels in my life some even more luxurious but this hotel is unique for the quality of the people working here starting from the bell boy to the concierge girl the lady in the breakfast ,the waiters ,the cleaning lady and generally for all stuff . Anything you wish you have it before even you ask for! Management is great , congratulations.

Swimming pool can be a bit warmer in winter period.Anyhow the stuff in the pool and bar are excellent.
