I really like the place and it was acceptable. But there was no restaurant or even cafe to have some coffee or tea. The workers are very nice especially Hamza. Over all it was satisfied.

The location and access to shops and restaurants. The receptionist Hamza was very helpful and assisted with many requests.

The furnitures are a bit old. The bed linings curtains and all are not of very good quality and clean.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was clean and comfortable, although it could use a bit of updating. Overall, a good experience. big room, high speed wifi, great location, best water activity,

Clean private room with bathroom and an air conditioning. It's also equipped with a fridge and a kettle. The reception is 24h and the staff is helpful. A view to the red sea from the window. There is also an elevator and a pool. The location is not bad, close to the Aqaba fortress and a local bus station.

Homeless dogs walking around the hotel and barking at the night are bothersome. Obviously it is not the most comfortable hotel you can imagine, but it is one of the most cost-effective hotels in the City.

The location was good and very good for value of the money. . most of the places are just on walking distance

Budget Budget Budget... Very cheep even when it seems more expensive than similar places in Aqaba. The pool is ok. Tha staff can be as helpfull as possible

The owner and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Faisal is a very kind person, who help us with all our requests and even more. He organized the transfers from the airport, to Petra, to Wadi Rum and back to the airport. The driver Basil is an amazing guide and he was always very relaxed and cool. Thank you for the great time, this is a highly recommended hotel with great services.

Everything was as the reviews and pictures show. The rooms could be slightly cleaner, but the hotel and the services still have a great price value ratio.
