🌟🌟🌟🌟 I recently had the pleasure of staying at the 4-star hotel, and I must say my experience was truly delightful. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment throughout my stay. The hotel staff, particularly Munirah, was exceptional - her kind and helpful nature, along with her constant smiling face, truly made my stay memorable.

Parking options near the hotel are limited. However, this did not detract from my overall positive experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasurable and enjoyable stay, thanks to the big, clean rooms and the wonderful staff like Munirah who go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction.

A very comfortable and clean hotel, near to the main shopping area of Aqaba. The air conditioned rooms were lovely and the breakfast was really good. We really enjoyed returning to the pool for a late swim after a very busy day. The best part of the hotel however was it's lovely, welcoming receptionist. She helped us so much, arranging trips, getting us packed lunches and arranging taxis. She made our stay so happy and easy. Aquba is a great location for swimming and diving in the Red Sea and for going on trips to Wadi Rum and Petra.

Nothing we enjoyed every minute

This place was amazing! Rooms are spacious, beds are super comfy, & after a cold day diving the hot shower is the best thing in the world!! Fridge & a kettle too which was useful, although the best aspect was the service on reception. Monera is a fantastic energy, always smiling and always happy to help! We were allowed the flexibility of paying for an extra half day after our checkout so we could use the shower after diving & Monera & Saif I thank you and the rest of the team for this ♥️

Everything, about the hotel was fabulous, and our family suite was beautiful and spacious and exactly how we liked it with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, all of the facilities in the hotel was top notch. The rooftop breakfast was amazing too. The hotel also offers a warm infinity pool on the rooftop. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Aqaba and We will definitely return back to Alena Boutique Hotel in our next trip to Jordan. The hotel is just a few minutes walk down to the Aqaba Fort.

No Negatives at all !!!

The lady working at the reception was exceptionally kind and attentive. She went out of her way to accommodate all of our requests, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Her warm demeanor and willingness to help made our experience particularly enjoyable and memorable. We truly appreciated her efforts, which contributed significantly to the overall pleasantness of our visit.

The breakfast offered was quite basic, and there was also a limited amount of space and number of tables available to accommodate all guests.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel located conveniently near the beach and Aqaba Fort. The room was spacious, air-conditioned, and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable retreat during my trip. The staff were incredibly friendly, particularly Monira at the reception, who went above and beyond to offer assistance and recommend great places to visit. Her warm hospitality truly stood out. The breakfast was delicious and provided a perfect start to the day. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Aqaba.

The staff was very cooperative and helpful, especially Amera at the front desk (morning shift) and Ghalib in the night shift. Relatively new decoration (Nov 2024)

Breakfast was below expectations for a 4* hotel, there was no soundproofing in the rooms where you could hear people from other rooms, and there were no ventilation fans in the bathrooms. The room mentioned to have a king-size bed, but we found two single beds together; that was very uncomfortable

It is a comfortable hotel with a very kind and friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and beds are good. We also had a nice view over the city and the sea. The breakfast is pretty good. It is quite close to the centre and there is a laundry, bakery, small convenience store and takeaway restaurant right next door.

There are multiple constructions in the area which cause noises at different times. The pool does not seem to be heated up and the visiting pigeons leave a bit of mess around it so we did not use it.

The staff is very nice and helpful, friendly and kind the whole time. The atmosphere on the roof area is amazing with a nice view. The rooms are nice and cozy.

The beds were comfortable but the king size beds were just 2 single beds put together with 1 short sheet to share, it was weird to the feel but the mattresses were comfortable enough to ignore it. Only 1 elevator in a 7 floor hotel with 10 rooms on each floor is also a bit weird. The lack of options in the breakfast as there are some options to choose from, it gets repetitive after 2 or more days.
