The room is actually bigger than expected! It could fit 2 open luggage cases and still had room to walk around. The price is fantastic for the location and room size. You can access Youtube on the TV, it was nice being able to watch whatever I wanted. The staff were also very friendly and professional. The hotel is not decorated in a very modern way, however it does have a good charm to it.
The aircon was not very consistent and you cannot open the window, therefore it can get a little hot in the room. Eventually the aircon does cool down the room, just have to be a bit patient. There is also no ramp at the hotel entrance so you need to carry your luggage up, however it's only a few steps.

Very clean. Location is relatively close to Shibuya train station and subway (about 10 mins walk if you walk along big street, much less if you learn the shortcuts). Cozy atmosphere along hallway with furniture kinda looks like french style. Room is quite spacious (I have two luggage standing against the wall and there are still room to walk). I kinda like the hotel uses traditional room keys and not digital key cards as it fits the hotel theme better. Room has a kettle/humidifier combo unit, which I found very useful if you are not used to the dry weather in Japan.
The kettle takes forever to boil water as the heating element is not in the kettle, it relies on the humidifier part of the unit which looks like an inductive pad for the kettle to sit on. One other thing I don't like is not about the hotel, but urban planning around the area. Although the hotel is relatively close to train/subway station, no mater which path you take, you are required to cross at least one bridge with stairs only. There are no crosswalk to cross the street in between the hotel and the train/subway station. If you have many luggage or heavy luggage, good luck.

Very pleasant and old school hotel to stay. Mainly it is close to Shibuya but very quiet which is exactly what I am looking for. The double bed room was really cosy and I love the older furniture and wall tapestry. They really give it an old school feeling. The room was really clean and most importantly there is also a desk. Despite having four pieces of luggage the space was adequate and never felt crowded. The staff were tremendous - extremely polite, well spoken. The lobby also is really cool looking and you feel you can be sheltered inside from the surprisingly cold weather that grasped Tokyo.
The majority of the guests are quiet but for my first night I was unlucky as two individuals next to my room were up till 4am(!). The reason I mention this is that if you are a light sleeper like me, there is not much of soundproofing. Nevertheless, after they left the next day, I had a wonderful sleep. Also for first timers in Shibuya/Tokyo, it is a bit hard to find it due to the surrounding highways and if you have luggage and you want to walk from the Shibuya let's say crossing, be prepared - you have to go up and down a road bridge!

Hotel is really pretty and staff speaks english really well which is rare in japan. Room is really nice
Getting to the hotel from shibuya takes some getting used to, since simply crossing the road there can be a nightmare. No way to do laundry (except really pricy laundry service) and the closest laundromat is difficult to get to

close enough to the busy area and Shibuya station. Staff speaks English very well and always helpful.
the hotel is on a high end slope of the street so some people will struggle a bit with heavy luggage. however u can find a way to avoid the staircase over the street. carrying heavy luggage over would be hard.

Excellent location, very close to Shibuya crossing, but in a quiet and relaxed street. Very friendly staff.
There was no place to leave my clothes, so I had to keep everything in my suitcase the whole stay. Also the bed pillow is a very flat.

The location was perfect for getting around since the hotel was walking distance away from the shibuya station. The staff were incredibly kind and patient when it comes to individuals who barely speak the native language. The appearance of the hotel was a little "classy" than i expected which is a good thing, i greatly respect a "good appearance makes a good impression"
The only negative thing i would have to point out is how thin the walls are of the rooms, i heard many tales about how thin the walls are and was surprised at how true they were, as an individual who has lived it areas that have thicker walls to where you have to scream to be heard from the other room, this was something i wasnt used to.......at first

I had a standard single room for a week and it was really lovely - with so much space compared with other places I've stayed: enough to have two cases open on the floor, as well as a desk with chair and a bed that's wide enough to stretch out on. The appliances were good - a little fridge, kettle, air conditioning and a little compact shower/bath. The room was cleaned every day (requested with a door sign) and you get replacements for towels, soaps, tea sachets, room slippers & a nightgown (a little bit too small for me but I'm fat so wasn't expecting it to, that's fine). The laundry service (ordered separately as one-off) was also very professionally done and really well packaged on its return. The staff were all very polite and spoke English , which is helpful as I didn't know any Japanese. You leave your key at the counter when going out (and are given a bottle of water), but it is open 24/7 and that suited me as I generally was out all day. There is a little cafe attached to it that I didn't try, but I did buy some nice souvenirs from their gift shop of a bag and some writing paper. The location is good (the slope aside(!), as less than 10 min from Shibuya station allows you to get around Tokyo easily and you can get all you need in the area in terms of food and shopping and enjoying the city. It's quiet and peaceful at night. I would absolutely recommend this place to stay and would definitely go back. Absolutely great value considering experiences elsewhere in Tokyo.
Please note that the hotel is very strict about not allowing guests into the rooms, which meant that planning with a friend who was not staying there had to be done elsewhere/in the foyer. But that's in their rules, so more a forewarning than anything! Oh, and the slope coming up from the station with cases the first time took it out of me when I wasn't used to it! I eventually found a route that eliminated overpass crossing stairs, using the skybridge lift and slope and a side road. It is possible!

Location walkingn distance to Shibuya Station. Small bathroom. But clean, strong hot shower, no drain clogging, towels are new and fresh everyday. I'm 5'6. Anyone taller or on the heavy side might struggle in the bathroom. Heated toilet seat and bidet are grear. Bed with fresh smelling and looking brand new is supplied ldaily. Room is very clean, and carpet doesn't smell at all. I recommend this hotel.
Ref is very small and doesn't really get cold much. But which I didn't use at all anyway.

Sakura Fleur's location can't be beat. We even found a shortcut through the new Hikarie building which greatly cut down on the need to walk uphill when returning from Shibuya station area. The staff is very helpful and attentive, our room was quiet and had a window that opened (as requested), housekeeping was efficient. The room ambiance is cozy and charming despite the small dimensions.
I am under 5'2" and my climbing into the tub to shower requires a very high leg swing, not Sakura Fleur's problem but I do need to be careful. Also, one must be mindful of the step UP into the bathroom space. Not deal breakers for us but might be for others.
