Super convenient location near all the best shops, bars, cafes, and sights. There's a 24hr Family Mart right across the street and a chill park called Kitaya Park is just steps away (with a Blue Bottle Coffee attached if you need a caffeine fix). The single rooms were narrow but very clean and had everything I needed for my stay. The closest station is Shibuya and it's an 8-ish min walk, with many other transportations nearby (buses etc). Great for if you'll be wandering around Tokyo! Highly recommend staying here.

Staff was in and out so I waited around for a bit. Also, I got a type C room and the futon bed was a bit hard. Neither were deal breakers though

The night we arrived it was pouring rain and we hadn't packed an umbrella so we were soaked, and before we even checked in a staff member gave us both towels to dry off. Checking in and out was super fast and super easy; the staff all spoke English and were extremely helpful and kind, and catered to our every need (we even needed a small screwdriver to remove some batteries from a souvenir at one point and they kindly let us borrow theirs!). The room was completely clean, very comfy, and came with all the amenities we needed. There were also convenient English instructions for almost everything in the room that needed it, from the lights to the bidet (yes, they have bidets!), and the only things that didn't have English labels we were able to figure out with Google translate. The location is also very convenient, pretty and quiet. It's a short walk from Shibuya station and is on a little one lane road that is quiet and relaxing. It even has a Family Mart convenience store right across from it, so snack runs are very easy! It's also a short walk from Yoyogi park, if you wish to have a nice walk or even visit Meiji shrine.

I did have a few issues with my stay here. First, the hotel closes its doors at midnight for security reasons, which we were unaware of before coming and caused us to miss out on one of our planned activities. Second, while almost everything in our room came with English labels, our bathroom light and fan buttons did not, nor did the thermostat. Additionally, while I understand Japan's rooms tend to be smaller in general, our twin bed hotel room still was pretty small and had little to no space for our two luggage cases. We made it work and ultimately we did not mind, but I feel it is something potential customers should be aware of before booking. The beds were also pretty hard (again I believe that might just be the norm there, I could be wrong), and also came with only one pillow each.

This hotel was a fantastic place to stay for our 6 nights. Modern decor, excellent location, very comfortable and clean rooms, helpful staff and great amenities. Free coffee 24/7. We were able to drop our luggage off and leave it before check in at 3. Very safe, entrance doors to the hotel lock after hours and you use your room card to enter. Quiet street, great breakfast spots very close.

Very minor negatives would be the shower/bathroom was small, but very up to date and beautiful. The other minor negative was the washer (300 yen) and dryer (100 yen for 30 min) were outside of the building and it's not open during the night.

Location! The perfect sweet spot between Harajuku and Shibuya crossing. You are close enough to walk to each in 5 minutes but also far away enough from the craziness. Right across from Family mart as well and Blue bottle coffee for early risers. The area is walkable with great food and fun shops that aren’t mainstream as well. Great value considering hostels and capsule hotels are going the same price.

The rooms are indeed small but everywhere in Tokyo seems to be like that for this price point. At most fits 2 people and 2 medium luggage’s. It’s worth it if you don’t like to stay too long at the hote and just need a place to sleep and prefer hotels over hostels or capsules.

Best location. Friendly multilingual staff, nice free toiletries, across from Konbini.

I actually liked it it was good for my back because I'm slim, but the bed is a thin mattress on a wooden frame. Plus size or people with some problems might not like the firmness. Also I went in summer and the aircon does not go below 23 degrees, which is ok for me I'm a girl I like warm but I know lots of white men would suffer.

The location was perfect. A short walk from the hectic parts of Shibuya. A Family Mart directly opposite and two cafes within eye distance. The park on the corner is a perfect spot to drink an ice cold Asahi. The room was clean, fresh towels delivered daily. Size wise it is what you would expect, but you're never really in the room to be honest! Free coffee in the lobby. Smooth check in and out process. No issues what so ever. Would highly recommend and would book again.

so close to Shibuya crossing about 5mins walk. Staff was really helpful, the guy check me in is Vietnamese, I was happy to speak my own language. they also give me 2 coupons for the drink, I ended up use only 1 since the restaurant open from 10-5, and I was mostly outside. The single bed Type A just the mattress on the floor. It was my fault that I didn’t pay attention to the type of bed. if you want a bed, I think have to be booking Type C I think. Room was a little small if you have 2 luggages, but I was okay for me. Hotel have mostly everything you need, fresh towels delivered everyday, I have my stuffs on the floor, so they didn’t clean up the room, just the towels. But it wasn’t problem for me. Family mart right in front of hotel, shopping areas, coffee shops near by which is convenient. I love it so far

The first day I arrived at Shibuya station(I was going from Kyoto back to Tokyo), I didn’t know where is the hotel, I used google maps, and carry 2 luggage’s with me. (I only stayed for 2 nights, so I decided not to use the baggage delivery service, since it might have 2-3 days for it to deliver from Kyoto). Carry luggage might be an hassle , there are so many people in Shibuya station, and it will slow you down, took me 15-25 mins to find the hotel, and Google map lead me to the uphill way. I was so struggling with the luggages. But if you stay there for couple days, you will find out different way to get to hotel, which is not that bad. Other than that, I have a good stay.

Great location, about 10 minutes walk to Shibuya station. The staff were very friendly and provided lots of amenities: face lotion, pajamas, slippers etc. They also gave me an umbrella when it rained and helped with baggage storage. The room was a good temperature and the WiFi worked well. I liked the traditional Japanese floor.

The bed was quite hard.

the room although small but pretty comfortable and very clean. good bathroom and its amenities. very practical checkout process. walking distance to parco shibuya and there are some nice fashion shops nearby. quiet peaceful neighbourhood. got family mart just across the hotel.

too bad the hotel staff cannot help call for taxi if it’s early in the morning, and it’s kind of a hassle to walk to the main road to hail for cab when we need to get to the station while carrying big luggage. aside from that, we still would love to stay here again. we really enjoyed our stay.

The staff were helpful. The location is within 10 minutes of walking to the Shibuya Scramble Crossing and Shibuya train station. Amenities were provided: toothbrush, razors, shampoo, face wash, etc.

There are some markings on the walls, making the room look dirty. The room also has a smell to it, like an "old smell." It's light, but I'm sensitive to smell.
