Clean and convenient. The front desk team is exceptional. During our stay, they were able to help us with multiple requests and are very professional and accommodating. Will highly recommend to travelers with family.

Location was in a quiet neighborhood. Close to a few metro and train stations and easy to get to major points of interest in Tokyo. It was interesting to see all of the salary men/women commuting to work. This was our favorite hotel (of 3 we stayed in Japan) and I will definitely look for Mimaru hotels for future trips. We loved that the toilet and shower were separate. My 16 and 19 year olds loved the "bunk beds". Each cubby had it's own light and power outlets. Very clean and modern aesthetic!

As most hotels we encountered on this trip, there aren't a lot of luggage storage spaces to unpack your items. We lived out of our suitcases in all of the hotels we stayed at.

The staff!! They are very friendly, accommodating and helpful. They speak very well english too which is helpful for international guests

The room was of a good size and accommodated our family of five comfortably for our stay. The hotel is situated in a nice quiet area, close to train stations and convenience and grocery stores. The kitchen facilities were adequate for preparing some meals when we wanted to eat at home. The room was serviced daily, with rubbish removed and towels refreshed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we were even able to check in a little early as the room was available. Luggage is also able to be left with reception prior to check-in. Handy location to Asakusa, Akihabara and Tokyo Station.

The dryers in the laundry room were not very efficient at drying our clothes. We would recommend if using the facilities to add half to a full hour in addition to what you may think you need to dry your clothes

Michele's contribution to my memorable stay cannot be overstated. Her warm demeanor and efficient service added an extra layer of comfort to my experience. From assisting with check-in to promptly addressing any inquiries, Michele's professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction were truly commendable. Wonderful long stay overall.

Great location! Stone throw away from Suitengumae metro station and TCAT! Room is spacious and super clean. There is a family mart located just outside the apartment.

The basic room cleaning is indeed very basic. They don't help to throw the rubbish not place inside the bin. The bin is too small to hold the rubbish. In the end, we need to bring out to throw. And they don't throw the empty instant noodle cup placed on the kitchen top. In addition, hard to get a vacant washing machine too. Last but not least the pillows were very flat and I used the sofa seat as my pillow!

Slightly quieter location in Tokyo so got more traditional restaurants. Staff was brilliant and very helpful when we had a tour cancelled.

Can't think of any negatives

The location was well placed being within walking distance of 3 stations, that allowed us to go to most places without having to transfer (or transfer excessively) and is a 15 minute car ride to Disneyland to boot! That and the neighbourhood was uncrowded, quiet and fairly local allowed us to get a nice feel of the city; we especially loved walking to Ningyocho to eat. Mimaru's reception staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful especially with food recommendations! The apartment was sufficient - compact and comfortable for us 4. All in, we would definitely stay here the next time we come back to Tokyo.
