we stayed 7 nights & were very pleased. Very helpful staff, very close to 3 different train stations & walking distance to alot of different shops & facilities, was the best price when we were looking for something pretty central & we weren't disappointed, Helped with sending luggage to next accommodation, nice to have a buffet breakfast option which we had on our last day, love that the rooms have plenty of plug or usb charging ports & daily service with changing towels etc. i would absolutely book here again if i ever came back, my daughter loved the PJs
Had already read from past reviews that beds were hard so this was expected, however we still slept fine just be prepared for a firm mattress, rooms aren't huge but definitely bigger than where we stayed in Osaka! Was just me & my daughter and we kept our big suitcases under the beds no issue so had plenty of room as we were out every day & only back to sleep anyway, however if there were 4 people particularly adults in this room it would be a tight fit with the bags

The location is good, right in the middle of the action of kabukicho. Room was clean, beds very comfy
The rooms are a tad small, no room for opening and unpacking suitcases But it is to be expected so I was ok with it. It's something to keep in mind in every hotel in Tokyo

Very nice location in the Shinjuku area of Tokyo. Close to shopping and vibrant nightlife. Good, yet small rooms. Close to the Shinjuku metro station, though we used the higashi-Shinjuku metro station the most.
BAD Wi-Fi. We literally had to wait a whole minute for a webpage to load. The Wi-Fi in the reception area was much faster.

My family and I had a great time at the hotel. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was good, though the options were limited. The rooms were very clean, but small, which is normal in Tokyo. The hotel is very close to the railway, but a bit far from the subway stations which can take you to more places.

We booked a twon room & my dad booked a single double room, We all enjoyed our stay! Dad had a load of space in his room with the double bed for one traveller & always said he had a good nights sleep, no complaints of a hard bed from him, He also enjoyed the breakfast & dad gets lost very easily, he made his way around the area easily & found his way back to the hotel no problem, nice that 7/11 is only a few meters away also! also liked that we were able to use laundry facilities
Nothing, just be prepared there are only 2 washer/dryer machines so you may have to wait if they are being used, dryer had to go through a good couple cycles before actually being dry

Location was great- 15 minute walk to Shinjuku station and 5-10 to main sites of Kabukicho. Close to restaurants and the staff were super attentive and helpful
Beds were rather hard but not unusable!

Good location, helpful staff, good value. I asked for a masseuse through the hotel so I knew that it was a reliable service. It was done in my room by a very capable therapist and was an excellent restorative experience. Although Kabuki-cho is know to be a lively area with lots of clubs and women, I would advise to very careful in patronizing any establishment that you haven't read a review on from traveler who has been there. I'm an old hand in Japan and I wouldn't go into just anyplace. Also, many clubs are Japanese only. If you stay here, stay for location ( Close to Shinjuku) and value. You can get to just about anyplace in Tokyo from Shinjuku. We used a free app , Japan Transit Planner, to get around the country by train and bus. I'd recommend using it or similar apps to help you find route, different lines, and time tables. I wish they had this when I first came to Japan in 1978.

We liked the style of the hotel. Everyone slept well in the beds, the room had blackout blinds and it was quiet despite the location.
The room was on the small side and it was tight fitting in the cases.

Rooms are slightly bigger than other rooms we stayed at in Japan. The front desk team were great too. The themes on each level are a nice touch too.
The location felt a bit dodgy especially at night - we felt safer staying in Shibuya. Another thing I didn’t appreciate was the signs everywhere about the hotels commitment to sustainability but having everything in the breakfast served and covered in disposable plastic - salad in plastic cups, tiny bits of yoghurt in disposable plastic containers. Really not a good look. I also didn’t appreciate that when we checked in they told us that the room was ready but we’d have to pay 3000 yen to check in two hours early. Knowing the room is ready but charging to go in didn’t sit right with me.
