The hotel had a great location, less than five minutes walk into the centre of Akihabara and the station. All the staff were incredibly friendly. The hotel is compact, but very warm and cosy. The rooms are small but the layout makes it manageable (we had one big/one medium suitcase and it was tight). The water pressure in the shower is amazing! Small touches like pajamas, quality toiletries and free bath bombs were really appreciated. The ability to have a bath after long days of walking was great. Breakfast at the hotel was good too. We slept so well as the hotel is very well insulated- you could barely hear other guests. Location in Akihabara is perfect, a quick train trip to Tokyo station and 25 to Shibuya etc. Lots of good restaurants around too. Just book it, you won't regret it

A very nice location in a quiet street just in a couple of hundreds meters from the central gate of Akihabara train station. There is a shortcut way between the buildings in front of the gate leading onto a little bridge over Kanda river and you have just to turn left after the bridge, go a little distance on the left side of the street until you see a logo of the hotel. The door has no handles and opens automatically, just go closer to it. I was very pleased with my stay in this hotel, it became a kind of my home base during my stay in Japan. Connections from Akihabara stations are great, you can easily go anywhere from there. If you are vegan like me you can walk or take train from Akihabara to the next Ueno station where inside of the station you will find an awesome Tan-Tan vegan restaurant of Japanese cousin. I can only recommend this hotel!

1. They chose a really nice aesthetic for the property. very modern and chic but comforting. everything from the lobby to the room to the bathroom looked nice and was clean. 2. The hotel even smelled nice without being over powering. 3. The location is very good. you can walk to Akihabara or a nearby station to get anywhere else. the river nearby is nice. 4. Every hotel has items if you need them but this hotel had what I felt were high quality items. most places don’t have coffee but this one did. 5. i usually complain about the size of Japanese hotels, but even this one, though small used the space well. my room had a couch and a side table. very nice space.

Was very quiet and comfortable. Room was very clean and bathroom was small yet spacious feel
Breakfast could be better, we didn't go to the breakfast on our second day and opted to get something in town. The cafeteria is full quickly and you have to wait (the wait was 5 minutes so not bad at all) but the cafeteria was very cramped

Excellent location for shopping in Akihabara - we actually made multiple rips to and from shops to carry goods to the hotel, drop off and head back out. A mere 2 minutes from the central hub. Typical small Tokyo hotel room size, but everything you need was in there and carefully arranged to maximize space usage. View was of a building opposite, but we weren't there to enjoy the view so that didn't matter at all to us! The hotel has a restaurant/bar on the reception floor, which looked very nice, but we didn't partake ourselves - we had only two days before leaving Japan and wanted to make the most of being outside. Noise levels very low, excellent sound proofing and cosy, moody decor in the room. It felt very stylish! Staff were friendly, too.
It turns out there are 2 Hotel Resols on the same road, just feet away from each other - our cab driver dropped us at the wrong one, resulting in a confusing attempt to check-in to a non-existant booking. However, once resolved, it turned out this happens quite often, so much so that the 'wrong' hotel has a laminated map showing the 'correct' hotel's location over the street. Hardly a major complaint, but something to be wary of!

The rooms were tidy, and although housekeeping was only offered on the fourth night of our stay (eco-conscious, which I appreciated), they offered new towels, trash bags, and water bottles every day. Also, it smelled like a spa throughout the hotel. The morning buffet was small but varied enough for a satisfying, quick meal. The hotel was also conveniently located a few minutes walk from multiple subway and train lines.
As with many spaces in Japan, the room was quite small, even with the Superior Double room.

Location - It's a 5 to 10 minute walk from either JR Akihabara Station or Iwamotocho Station. Close to lively district but not too close that you can hear and feel the train that much. Room - The room is cozy and bed is firm but comfortable for me. Towels are replaced every day. Staff - Very helpful despite the slight language barrier. Let me store my luggage before check in and helped me get a taxi during my check out. Amenities - Has everything that I need so far. Naiclippers can even be borrowed from the front desk. I love the bath bomb.
Location - Will only be a problem if you carry heavy luggage. You have to drag them from the station up to the narrow bridge and it gets crowded at certain times in a day. Room - Will only be a problem if you carry more than 1 luggage as it is compact. It is smaller like most standard rooms in Tokyo. Facility - Always have to stop at the Reception floor whether going up or down. The entrance is a little obscure and hidden. The hotel has a similar hotel name nearby so it may get confusing. Tip - There is a coin laundry across the other side of the hotel and I find it convenient to use so you don't have to bring a lot of clothing if you stay there.

good service location and big range for breakfast buffet. Guests wear plastic glove to serve from buffet and masks to reduce risk of getting Covid. Overlook river and close to subway and JR line so subway pass offer great value to explore Tokyo.if looking for quiet location this is your hotel but need to do a short walk across river for Akihabara night life.
is small but for Tokyo as expected

• comfortable location near akihabara, there’s another hotel with the same name but they’re just down the road from each other. • convenience stores aren’t directly outside but a comfortable distance. • JR and metro lines next to each other near the hotel • air conditioning is so strong both cold and hot works really well compared to other hotels • close to malls which have uniqlo, GU, BIC camera many food places • pick up for the hop on hop off bus is 10min walk from the hotel
• it’s really small like most hotels in tokyo, we can’t only open 1 luggage at a time but this is the reality for tokyo hotels and not their fault.

It was super clean and cosy! With my genius level 3 status, I got breakfast included in our reservation. Normally it's 1,700 yen per person. I don't think it's worth it at that price, but it's very worth it if you can even get a discount for the breakfast coupon vouchers (which our friends who don't have genius status got). Even though it was a small room, the bathroom, and bathtub were quite spacious for Japanese hotel standards.
It is a little smaller than expected, but not uncommon for Japanese hotel. We pack light, so it wasn't a big deal for us.
