The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a perfect weekend getaway. The staff member we spoke with was friendly and kind, and the location was close to many convenience stores, a really wonderful bakery, and the trolley which easily transported us wherever we wanted to go.

The check-in procedure was a little long. There were 5 of us and having to fill out information for each of us was a bit difficult due to the fact that many of us were standing out in the cold while the others completed checking in.

It was really clean, and effort was put into the details that makes our stay very comfortable. Heater was powerful enough for the subzero winter weather.

Though it was very near to the streetcar station Jujigai, it was an additional mode of transport required before we could get to the subway.

Price is reasonable. Spacious room for family of four. I will visit again next time.

Cleanliness can be improved, especially the laundry area. The drain pipe in the laundry area gave off a foul smell.

Well designed toilets for a big group. Well equipped with necessary facilities. Helpful staff with parking space.

Checking in was a hassle, needing to enter each occupant detail despite having taken a photo of each passport

space of each room, laundry machine comes each room (except one machine was water leak... couldn't use) ,

checking process is little hard, laundry machine was leaking, need more chairs to sit.

Location is good. Toiletries and kitchen utensils and facilities are good.

The vacuum cleaner didn't work well.

* Terrible sound insulation: you can hear the neighbours walking around and if they open the garage door or walk up the stairs it’s the worst. We were unlucky to be woken up like that at midnight, 4:50 AM and the day after 6AM. Another night we couldn’t get to sleep before long because it sounded as if they were walking like elephants above us. * Lack of privacy: there are no curtain veils and room A is on the ground level. Due to this all the people in the street can see the belongings as well as the people inside the room. The only option is to keep the night curtains closed and put the lights on during the day. That’s a real pity * Too little attention for details that would improve comfort:broken cooking plate, broken fixture in the fridge so we couldn’t put anything in the door, no hooks or something to hang the towel or put the towel on near the shower, no small bin in the bathroom, stained sofa and cushions, etc)

Self check-in was easy and hassle free. The staff were helpful and polite. Our heater broke down on the first night, and the staff promptly brought another heater. Room was also well equipped with the necessary amenities.

The layout of the room was a little weird. The toilet was far away from the bathroom and there was nowhere to put or hang clothes/towel.
