Miyazaki Daiichi Hotel

Have hotel carparks (parking lot 1 and parking lot 2) (payment required), big house hold store and drug store nearby. Buffet breakfast with sufficient options and good quality, with mini oven to reheat the croissant is a bonus.

We were staying at the Annex section and I personally felt the room layout was a bit awkward that 2 single beds were separated at 2 corners leaving the comparatively big empty spaces between without any furniture and facilities. Only one chair was available but there were 2 desk benches in the room.

Great room size. Good to have a washing machine, microwave and even a toaster on each floor not to mention extra pillows. The drinks machine at reception was also convenient and the public baths and hot stone sauna for ladies was good.

Room decoration old fashioned. Massive step up into the bathroom or step down when exiting the bathroom. Wall insulation poor, so if your bed is against an outside wall near a window it can be cold, windy and noisy (if facing the main road). Location from train station is not that convenient if you have heavy luggage.

Great location, parking was nearby, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. It was also really quiet, even though a busy street was nearby. The hotel provided comfortable yukata for guests to use, which made me very happy.

The onsen is for men only. I was confused about that when I checked in, but I guess I didn't see the note online when I booked. There is a rock sauna for women which is nice, though.

Free bicycle rental (only 4 so first in best dressed). Very comfortable chairs in the lobby and after the onsen. Free snacks (what is this I'm eating? doesn't matter, tastes good), free drinks, sauna, inside bath, outside bath. Wifi worked well. Desk in the room was good enough to work on.

I thought the staff could have been a little more flexible with early check-in, but you dont come to Japan if you want to bend rules. I think the male big bath is very nice, but its a shame there wasn't an equivalent ladies option.

While the hotel facade and exterior looks old, the interior, room, and facilities were very warm and welcoming. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was extremely spacious, and we were surprised there were 2 aircon units provided within. The beds were comfy. The bath and shower were great, although the water pressure was slightly low. Breakfast selection was good, and the seating was spaced out nicely.

10-15 min walk from the city centre but that is a minor problem. Parking was available but limited.

The lobby it's beautiful very classy .comfy beds staff it's very very helpful. Laundry machines in every floor right next to a bending machine. They have a restaurant in the first floor for breakfast and lunch. 7-11 5 mints on foot. And very near stores.busses and everything in between! An onsan too!in the hotel for you to enjoy a hot soak.!!!

The staff are nice and fiendly. There are free drinks that guests can help themselves to. The room is big and beds are firm and comfortable. The hotel also has parking that cost ¥900 per night.

The soundproofing between floors could be better. The guest above our rooms had quite heavy footsteps early in the morning that disturbed our sleep

Very good size, nice bathroom. microwaves, toaster and washing machine & dryer on 3 floors. Free drinks!!!

Just unfortunately, the men's onsen was under construction.

The staff were very kind and helpful, even with our language differences. I liked the free beverages for a quick bit of refreshment. Soft drinks and coffee were always available.

This place was noisy compared to other Japanese hotels. I heard occasional thumps at all hours.
