The hotel is very quiet, clean and the rooms are large by Japanese standards. The room has a seperate toilet from a Japanese style shower and tub room. The views of the city are nice both day and night. The lobby is located on the 7th floor and has a nice washer dryer combo that has its own soap. The hotel is located practically in the Kawagoe Train Station making it very convenient to travel to Tokyo or other parts of the metro area. Lots of convenience stores and outstanding restaurants are nearby.

The entrance to the hotel is a bit tricky to find. There are two elevators that service access to the 7th floor where the lobby is located, however the signage is mostly in Japanese and not easy to find.

The location was great! The access from Kawagoe station was so easy. We did not need to use the elevator to go down stairs to walk to the hotel. The hotel was well connected to the ticket gate floor so that we had a easy access to the hotel without going up and down the floor.

The size of the room was smaller than I like, but this is pretty typical for this type of hotel. So, I don't complain too much about it. I am very satisfied with my stay over all.

The view was amazing!!! We stayed on the top floor (11th); the view was incredible. The staff were very lovely, and the whole hotel felt very professional. They had free coffee(didn't get to try it, sadly) but also had some discounts on the stores in the same building. The bed is a good size for two people, and the bath tub was a good size as well. The room can get hot but has a fan, and AC, so can control the room temperature well.

I don't think the whole hotel was booked up but had guests next door, and you could hear noises when they were talking, so wish it was more spaced out. They give you a pyjama vibe of clothes which I wish was yukata since it felt very pyjama, pharmacy clothes. Wish we had more tea in the room so we could have more, and the seat and the table were very small for working for the business. The soaps were nice quality as well.

The room is very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is very good with easy access about 5mins walk from Kawagoe station. My luggage bag lock was spoilt and the hotel staff was very helpful to help sort out. Right below the hotel is a mall with many cafes, convenient shop and restaurants. Price is reasonable and a good hotel to stay for trip to Kawagoe.

The location was perfect - easy walkway from Train Station made a big difference. Close to taxi and bus stop. Close to Bus stop for bus direct to airport. Close to good cafes and restaurants. Easy walk to the old Kawagoe sites. Comfortable beds and piullows. Clean. Coin laundry on site. Would definitely stay again.

Right next to the train station, on top of convenient stores/cafes/restaurants, close to the main shopping strip, super convenient. Room had an awesome view, seperate toilet to bath, very clean, very new. Awesome value for money.

Beds were extremely hard, like sleeping on a futon, but some people love that.

Everything. Location is next to the train station (2-3mins walk), shelter all the way. Room is big enough and the bathroom is fantastic. Staff is well versed in English and was able to guide me to take the bus around the main attractions. Love the lavender shampoo and conditioner and the shower gel is fragrant too~ Price is good.

The breakfast was very good although it was an additional fee. Hotel also gave 2 kiddy toiletries pack for my 2 kids. This kids liked the view out of the window. The room was small but Japanese stylish.

The night stand was low and my 3 year old son fell out of the twin bed at night and bust his lip on the night stand table. I think it is best to get rid of the nightstand and only have customers us the head board for placing small items. My suitcase didn't fit into the small suitcase nook, so it was in the walkway of a small room.

Cleanness of the rooms and entire facility. Convenient location.

If there is a sign in front of the first floor (in front of the elevator), we may not got lost. I didn’t figure out how to get to the hotel lobby(7th floor) at the beginning.

Modern, provided everything you need in the room: pajama were very comfortable. I liked that you could control all the lights and temperature with a screen near the bed.

Beds were on the hard side. Room capacity is only for 2 people so we had to book 2 separate rooms for our family of 4.
