1. No gym. Luxury Hotel w/o gym is like Venice without water.. 2. Overall staff very young and not senior managers overseeing operations. 3. Hotel owned by Founders of Fashion , but no experience with hospitality. You can see a lot of flaws in the operations and staff. 4. Breakfast absolutely not worthy. (65 euro per head is overpriced) 5. I suggest the owners to spend some time at bulgari hotel properties and learn from them.

Lightning design must be emulating candles. Everything is really DARK. The spot to tap to unlock the door was invisible on the black door frame. I had to use my camera flashlight to see it and also to go up the stairs for the restroom. Dim light in the room and no hair dryer or makeup mirror was a surprise for such an expensive hotel. Whoever designed the electrical in the room was crazy. Lots of levers that don’t seem to work to turn lights on and off. Even the maintenance man shrugged!

This was the best hotel I've ever stayed in. I cant wait to go back. They made the entire hotel such an experience and it made me love Venice more than I ever thought that I could. Breakfast every morning and dinner on the grand canal was our favorite part of all of Venice, and I've never been so relaxed in a hotel. They set up someone to meet us at the train station and we arrived by water taxi, which felt like something out of a movie. They also have complimentary service to take you to Murano / Burano if you would like, which we didnt have time to take advantage of (you just have to pay for the taxi back to the hotel from Burano). The entire mini bar is included in the stay, including alcohol. The shower, the shampoo, the hair mask, the music in the rooms, the turndown service, the staff, the location, the food. You must stay here, just book it. Its worth the price.

I liked everything. I should've booked more nights here. My only regret is not having time to try out the spa.

Wonderful experience! The Venice, Venice Hotel has it’s own dock so I booked a water taxi from the airport. The ONLY way to arrive IMO!!! Gorgeous wooden boat delivered us right to our dock and the staff assisted us with our luggage! Entering the hotel from the dock was beautiful! Gorgeous statues and candles lining the entire staircase! The staff was fantastic- showed us around the property and escorted us to our room and explained how everything in our room worked-the lighting, sound system, etc. They booked a nighttime Gondala ride and recommended dinner suggestions. Breakfast was amazing! I had Lobster Benedict both mornings -OMG! And fruit and pastries! Multiple choices. The candlelight atmosphere at the dinner restaurant overlooking the canal was magical! Cons: It would have been difficult to stay more than a couple of nights because there were only a few hangers and two small drawers so we just had to deal with our suitcases on the floor. And we didn’t need it, but the TV was on the floor and very low. All in all I would definitely recommend this hotel!!

Just wow.. staying in Venice Venice Hotel is one of the absolute best hospitality experiences of our life. It was like this cosy sophisticated and seductive place was competing with the Venice itself. It was honestly hard to leave it to go see Venice! We ended up having our breakfast (on a cute private deck on the Grand Canal), 'aperitivos' and dinners in the hotel the whole stay. Our mesmerising room took our breath away when we walked in. It overlooked the canal with a private balcony... every detail in our space was meticulously studied and encompassed the very essence of refined, contemporary aesthetics. We were surrounded by subtle art and unique design. The service was luxurious.. every person of staff we came in contact with emanated readiness to help, good naturedness, responsibility, enthusiasm and warmth. We were taken care of from the beginning till the very last moment with an exceptional care that made us feel like we were or the most important guests, or.. their only guests. Now THAT is what true luxury feels like.

A few more days would have been perfect!!

My wife and I spent two nights here over the weekend of the film festival. One of the finest hotels we have ever stayed in. The service was absolutely top, from each member of staff. The history of the building, the central location, the beautiful restaurant overlooking the canal. Highly recommend arriving by boat!

Location and property itself was stunning! Arrived there and organized a surprise birthday get together for my partner and the staff were incredibly accommodating! My partner was stunned by the hotel and it’s incredible staff. it is the only way he want to come back to Venice again!

It was in the center of Venice and could not have been more perfect. it was our first time to Venice and the staff was so helpful getting us to the hotel and helping us plan our visit

The lighting was a bit tricky to figure out.

they treated us like royalty, the hotel itself is very clean and very well thought out! anything you can possibly need is available! great location ! breakfast every morning was the best thing about the whole stay.
