Villa Vittoria Tropea B&B0

Excellent location and we were allowed to park right outside the hotel for our one-night stay. Short walk to the Piazza with plenty of food choices. Short distance to breathtaking overlooks of the beach and sea. Breakfast is served in the garden and although a simple affair it was plenty for us with delicious pastries and fruits plus some hot choices. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and they spoke multiple languages so it was easy to ask lots of questions. The turquoise water was beautiful. On the day we visited it was a little rough but inviting nonetheless.

Nothing significant. Couldn't figure out the coffee machine but I didn't invest much time in figuring it out. Although the beach is close it's a bit of an effort to get to it - lots of steps.

Excellent location and breakfast. The villa it’s beautiful. The breakfast is served in a courtyard very nice. Room was big, clean. (The bathroom is big but the shower small. I didn’t understand. It’s not very comfortable to take the shower)

Noise: My room was on the first floor. I could hear people walking and making a lot of noise. Guests and people from the cleaning at the morning as well. it’s not very quiet and the room is not isolated from noises. There was even a dog barking. If you don’t like noises, I think it’s better to ask for a room on the other floors. The bathroom: The bathroom of the room was big but the shower small. I didn’t understand. It’s not comfortable to take the shower. (I’m not even big: 1,60m and thin)

We stayed one night. On the morning of checkout , my husband stubbed his toe badly on the door stop that poked out of the floor between the shower and the towel hook. He had to sit in the garden most of the day before our flight and the toe was blue black by the time we got home when he took his socks off ! We wrote to inform the hotel. They were apologetic and have promised to remove it from the dangerous position. So do be careful, in case ! Fortunately (!) it happened on the last day of our holiday!

Staff were amazing and so were the breakfasts! Fresh croissants and pastries. Location was excellent.

Parking is on the street, and while there is plenty of it and free you may end up a short walk from the hotel. Location is amazingly central which is a bonus, but does mean that in like a lot of Italy you will hear moped and similar noise.

It was a really clean room and the staff were really nice. I even left my charger and adapter there and they reached out to me directly after I left to come back and retrieve it. Unfortunately, I was already on a 3hr long train ride so I never got it back but they made a great effort to return it to me.

Slightly far from the beach but that's to be expected with he massive cliff separating the water and the town.

The B&B was amazing!! The room was spacious and the facilities are great. And is located very close to the Centro sto Rico which made not having a car…very easy. Both girls that work there are very lovely and welcoming, and are always willing to help. Grazie Mille Ragazzi!! ☺️ If I come back to Tropea, I would stay there again!!

clean, classic marble building. modern room amenities, very comfortable bed, staff was friendly, very accommodating - we switched rooms to get better internet for a conference call I had to attend - easy and nice. staff provided some good dinner suggestions which we used. string coffee and solid breakfast. would come back again. reasonable price.

Beautiful building and nice room. Beautiful garden. Delicious breakfast with a lot of choices, including yoghurt, nuts and fruit. Extremely friendly staff, who liked to chat (as do I!) and was very helpful when my departure had to be postponed due to a train strike. Central location, close to the train station and the main street.

Breakfast was fantastic, lots of variety and staff were very kind.

As we were travelling at Easter the weather is mid teens and so the room was cold at night. There is air conditioning which can be used to heat but it has limited capacity. Bed clothes were a bit on the thin side for this time of year. There were extra blankets but still a bit cold.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Vittoria. It’s located in a great location with the beach, city center and restaurants within walking distance. Parking is available right in front of the property. The breakfast is very well done and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely a great value and would suggest to anyone
