Spacious room. Large balcony with fantastic view. Wonderful breakfast and bar area. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. very good restaurants nearby easy to access on the foot. Highly recommend Radici del Sud for wonderful food and dining experience.

Location is outside Sorrento a bit, 1.5 mi to train station mostly downhill. Access is a challenge, especially on return to hotel. Tried bus system since 2 stops were near the hotel, but EAV buses were not reliable. SITA May be better option. They say every 20 min, but that’s not true. We had 50/50 success. Taxis are expensive IMO, at $25 for 2 ppl one-way.

We loved everything about Miramare, the balcony was large, with a great view of the gulf and Vesuvius, the bathroom was clean and spacious and the room very comfortable with good air conditioning. The bar and outdoor area were nice and we really enjoyed spending a day by the pool. The breakfasts and snacks were lovely. Best thing about the experience though we’re the staff. They were amazing, so helpful and always friendly and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they made us feel at home.

Crossing the road outside was a little challenging at times.

Excellent hotel with great amenities, food and service. The hotel is located up the hill passed the Marina Grande, so a 10 minute walk into town. However this gives you the benefit of being out of the main busy centre, which can be full with tourists. You also gain from the amazing views at the hotel!

Given the price and location, the hotel may want to consider providing a shuttle bus to the port. Taxis a very expensive and walking along the busy road with cases is an experience!

This Hotel was very clean and beautiful! The view was just a described and better. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Their breakfast was probably the best I’ve had in most places. The selection was amazing and everything was delicious. Overall if you’re staying in Sorrento I highly recommend this place!

The property is clean and modern with beautiful view of Mount Vesuvius and the water. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, the balcony was spacious and beautiful and the pool was quiet and perfect for my teens to hangout during the day.Alessio made our stay perfect with how helpful and friendly he was. He was so busy but always willing to help and was always kind with a smile on his face!

Just a minor thing that I wish there was a kettle for tea but it’s ok the stay was perfect

Really nice hotel with a wonderful view of Napolitan Gulf. Just 10minutes walk from the city center of Sorrento and from Marina Grande beach and resturants. Rooms are clean and quite big. Breakfast is well supplied with both sweet and salty choices but I would have expected a proper espresso coffe not made by the average coffee machine that you can find in many hotels. American coffee was excellent.

I would suggest to provide a real espresso coffee machine

As a family we liked everything about Hotel Miramare, the welcome when we arrived, the friendly staff, cleanliness of the whole hotel. Our garden room was decorated tastefully with a view that was breathtaking. Breakfast was delicious and so was lunch. Nothing was to much trouble for the staff. The swimming pool was also a pleasure to use on a hot day to cool off.

On a sharpe bend on a busy road with no pavement, but we got around it ok.

We stayed here as part of our honeymoon and had a brilliant time - our room was very spacious and the balcony was huge - the view from our balcony was stunning across Sorrento and of Mount Vesuvius - perfect for sunrise and sunset photos! Our room was well air conditioned which was refreshing after a hot day exploring Sorrento.

Overall we thought this hotel was brilliant, although, on our first day, the food and drink options were limited - much ingredients were not available which meant we were limited as to which food and drink we could have. That said, it seems this was a one off, as we had no issues with the rest of our stay.

I would have rated 10 on all until our last encounter. we asked for a taxi and we’re trying to catch a ferry. we were told by front desk over and over different times it was coming and watched other taxis pass by. She said one was returning for us and it went on and on. we had to take later ferry. otherwise all was excellent especially bar servers.

view from room was superb ; overlooking the bay and Versuvius. Although breakfast was only continental, it was well stocked, with plenty of variety.

Evening microwave snacks only. Very poor for a 4 star hotel.
