great location and really friendly staff

breakfast is not located at the property so we had to go 300 yards for breakfast then back to the room to set out for the day- fine but should be made clear on booking. on Sunday delivered to the room but no choice. bathroom- needs a good clean. taps had scum around the tap fittings - easily taken off if cleaned properly (I did it easily). shower head needs a good clean. again simply done. concerned about the metal gate to enter steps in the corridor to flats as not sure how it would open if a fire happened- on a code. no keys fitted. but of a concern.

The staff were amazing. So courteous, helpful and informative.

It was mid/late June when we traveled and the AC seemed to struggle a little bit at times to keep the room cool so that we could comfortably relax and sleep after a day out in the heat. Also, the shower door was very narrow - if you are even slightly over average body size or larger, you won't even fit through the door. So bathing, outside of sponge baths, is out of the question.

Location is in the middle of Rome, old town, so very close to all touristic objectives. The reservation did not include breakfast, but coffee and tea were at our disposal. The bed was extremely relaxing, after full day of walking was just perfect. Also wine glasses available in room was a nice touch.

I estimate that a kettle available per each room, to ease coffee/tea availability, per each one needs, would be highly welcomed.

The location shown on booking is not accurate because they have several properties in that neighborhood. It was still a great location. The water pressure was very low some of the time.

The location is just perfect for trip in Rome. Room is beyond our expectations, especially the bathroom. The receptionist is so friendly and very welcoming. Highly recommended. One of my best experiences in Rome.

Just we need to walk to another place to check in and stay in another place, which is totally fine, the two places are so close. But we did get lost when we go out, because the address was not the address provided on the card/app. The rooms have several locations on the street, so I have to call the host in the midnight to find the location. But if your remember your address, you should be fine.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in in Roma. Great location, so close to everything, on a quiet safe side street. The minimalist furniture was clean and organized. Check in was so smooth. And I slept fantastic. The bedding was very comfortable. They have multiple rooms in the area, and I imagine they are all as good as the one I stayed.

It was close to the shopping district, Spanish steps and trevi fountain was all within walking reasonable walking distance. Taxi stands were also just close by.

Elevator was really small. The common room didn't provide microwave. The wifi was very poor which didn't help the fact that the room/building had poor network service.

The Spanish Suite offered us a great stay during our 5 day vacation in Rome. The apartment we got was very close to the Spanish Piazza, in a building with great architecture. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious, clean and cozy. The staff was more than welcoming and provided us with prompt support, whenever needed.

We were really excited about the staff and how they treated us. We faced an unfortunate situation with the room we had reserved in another hotel, and contacted late at night the Spanish suite to get us a room. Not only they were more than pleased to assist us, but also offered us a self check in. Mr. Flavio was excellent! So was Ms. Mikaela. They turned our unlucky situation into an excellent opportunity to stay with them. Thank you so much.

Everything was great!

We stayed at the Spanish suites hotel and had an absolutely incredible experience! Everything was amazing, the staff is incredible, Mickaela from the reception was absolutely incredible, she upgraded us to a bigger room and gave us some amazing tips for our trip. The reception staff was available 24/7 and helped us with everything we just needed. Our experience staying there was no doubt 10/10!! Highly recommended!
