Great breakfast, lots of choice with warm food. Very nice staff. Responded immediately to questions. Fantastic location near Spanish stairs and metro. In center of the city, everything in walking distance. Vatican by metro. No noises in our room.

The price is high, but thats everywhere in Rome. The time booking system for breakfast does not work. There is plenty of space but a bit narrow seats. Not crowded so time slot was not needed. You have to know where it is because its hardly visible from the street.

Claudia was INCREDIBLE.. the most helpful customer service professional I have met. She personally carried our very heavy luggage up and down stairs, set up changes to tours with gracious attitude and would not accept any tips. Would not accept.tip, kind, effective, gracious. Number 1

First of all, I would like to thank dear Guilia for her boundless helpfulness and always being kind. All the staff were great. The breakfast and location of the hotel was also incredible. Everywhere was within walking distance. We traveled with ease. The hotel and our room were also immaculate. Thanks again to everyone, especially Guilia. I will recommend. And we will come again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful indeed. The room was kept immaculately clean by cleaners and there was always coffee/tea/hot choc/nestea available and pastries left from breakfast. We didn’t partake of breakfast but it looked delicious and plentiful. The location was brilliant being near/short walk to Trevi fountain and Spanish steps/metro. We were able to leave luggage until departure. Air conditioned room was welcomed and necessary as it was 36 centigrade outside. Tea and coffee making facilities with a kettle Great shower

Not the fault of the hotel but there were new roadworks outside the door of hotel which went quiet by evening so no problem really.

A little bit small

My stay at this hotel was beyond expectations! The staff were so kind and helpful with everything and the rooms were extra clean and well-kept. I loved my stay at the hotel, especially given the wonderful location, super close to the subway (3 min walk) and the train station (around 10 min by car) and a walking distance to all the main attractions. I will definitely come back.

The only con would be that the walls/door are very thin, I could hear everything outside/the TV next door so if you're a light sleeper, I would suggest bringing ear plugs to block out the noise. It made sleeping difficult sometimes.

Everything was amazing, the breakfast, the location, the room was very clean and the mattress was very comfortable but the really special thing was the professionality of the staff, they were extra ordinary nice and so kind, especially Claudia the receptionist who tried everything just to make our stay happy and her manager Valerio who tried his best to solve a small problem that we had a the room the 1st night. We didn't expect that they would solve our problem so fast and without any hesitations, just to satisfy us and make our 4 days stay one of the best vacations in Rome Italy. We'll definitely come back to this cozy special hotel. thanks to all the staff

Lovely annex room. Nicely decorated, large bathroom, welcome drink & an area outside room where you could get water & snacks at no extra cost. The hotel is split in to two different buildings & I was in the second one that didn’t have reception in the same building. Excellent air conditioning unit that kept the room nice & cool.

Lifts are quite small so with a lot of luggage can be a bit tricky but is in an old building. Maybe slightly better signage so you know where to go when you arrive at reception as not overly clear.

very cozy and clean, beautiful location in the heart of the city. very comfortable bed and pillows! we will definitely come back!

staff could be more friendly, not just fake. they charged 30euro more than it was assigned in booking, luckily we noticed. there was no explanation why it happened, but they return 30euro difference without any problem, however the manager who was in charge the day of check in never apologized for the mistake, he was just acting like nothing happened.

We had an Awesome stay at Charme Spagna Boutique Hotel. The staff are all amazing and you always see them smiling and greeting you every time they see you. Excellent service. It felt like I was at the center of everything. The main attractions of Rome are at walking distance, The shopping centers, The restaurants, and the public transportations are all around you. The rooms are so perfect for us, very spacious and the bathrooms are clean. Breakfast is unbelievably delicious. We will for sure come back next year and we already told them. Love it.
