The location was excellent ! Really near to the Spanish Steps - and only a short walk to the Trevi Fountain. The Guest house was also very near to a Metro Station that enabled us to get to all the main attractions in Rome. The Receptionist was a really nice lady who spoke English very well. The rooms were very clean and quiet We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you
We found that the twin beds were a little on the hard side - however others may like a firmer bed.

Spectacular. Amazing. We always stay on Via Frattina in the heart of Rome steps from everything you need restaurants, shops and sites including the fabled Spanish Steps. 10 minute walk to Trevi, Piazza, de Popolo, Pantheon, Navrona, and Campo and many more sites.. A little over a mile from the Vatican, the Colosseum, and Trestavere. The property was great our hostess was marvelous and the room was a good size and overlooked via Frattina. The value was unbelievable for the location. Highly recommend it.

Really lovely, super friendly and helpful staff. The room has everything you'd need for a short stay, and is quiet, which is a bonus for central Rome. It's amazingly located, a few minutes from the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, though that makes it pretty expensive.
Being a bit picky ... but we'd have liked to have left our bags for the whole of the day after we left, rather than just till 2pm ... but that's the only thing that wasn't perfect, for us.

Everything, I just wish they had a foot massager, would have been so good after walking all day long.
There wasn't anything that we didn't like, but I have 1 suggestion, I would have been good if the property had an Iron for the guests to barrow if they need to iron their cloths, since thing wrinkle in the luggage.

Perfect place for our stay in Rome - close to everything we wanted to see. Staff is phenomenal and very accommodating - let us store our luggage on our departure date!
Air conditioning struggled to keep up, but it was also near 100F during our time there.

The staff were lovely, the room was comfy and everything was walking distance from the hotel. Spanish steps and Trevi fountain were a very short walk away!
If we had to choose something, The breakfast wasn’t the best that we’ve had so far. I would recommend skipping it and just going to one of the many cafes just outside.

The location is perfect, just in the centre of the city, reachable to all the tourist spots.
It was a little bit noisy, because the doors have the gaps. The apartments are on the third floor and sometimes there was a problem with the elevator.

It was quite small, the shower facility and tap took very long to heat up.
