It was a lovely spacious room that filled with beautiful details that is 100% Reggio Emilia Feel in Italy. It impressed my friends who stayed at the hotels. They wish they had found this room! I loved every moment I was there.

Breakfast is usual breakfast in Italy. It's great coffee and a local tasty pastry. Just don't expect breakfast like a buffet breakfast with bacon, eggs, fruits and everything else. I enjoyed living and eating like a local absolutely.

Lovely room in the top of an impressive old town house. The owner was very helpful and contacted us before with arrival details. A short flat walk into the heart of the beautiful old town centre.

Nothing of note

Great location within easy reach of the station and on the edge of the town centre. Very warm welcome from Marco and his son. Spotless bathroom, excellent shower. Spacious room, well supplied. I was very happy and comfortable in the room and in Reggio Emilia which is a great town to unwind in.

Booking.com don't mention that the room is up 6 flights of stairs (3 floors) with no lift. The owner did make this clear immediately on booking and it was fine, but some would struggle.

The room was very spacious and everything was clean and tidy!! The location was very central so that we enjoyed the night walk after dinner!!
