The B&B is very modern and finished to a high standard. We had a triple room with plenty of space for the 2 beds and a table and chairs along with a good size bathroom. The staff on hand were also very friendly and helpful.

The location was a little off for us. We thought we would be a little closer to Naples town and although not the surrounding area was not very busy and we struggled to find a restaurant to eat.

it was very clean, staff was always available although our flight had delay and we arrived at the property at 02h in the night. they also made us recommendations fo restaurants. very good room and enough space for teo people, air conditioning and smart tv were a plus. we listened to music/youtube on the tv while we got ready. the staff who was there was very kind and i saw him serving breakfast to other guests very friendly. location is very good by the sea but far away from the city. take the bus 151 from station „bruno“ (3 min) to central station etc so it was easy too

the hotel is on the 3rd floor of a building. imagine a long hallway with rooms. we stayed in toom two. unfortunately it was loud in the hallway and all the noises- e.g. when guest checked in - were in our room. and also the street is very loud, make sure to close the windows (then very good noice cancellation but no fresh air). and we did not have hot water, after 3 min. of shower the water was cold.

The property was very clean and roomy for 1. The view from the balcony was really nice, as a side view out towards the sea. The shower was also great! The location of the property is slightly further from the main centre, but a short walk to the Mergellina station meant you could jump on the Linea 2 metro with ease. It’s in a nice area of Naples, with some lovely nearby restaurants.

The only downside was the car/horn noises late into the night. With the windows facing outward from the building you get a lot of this and with it being off a main road, it’s hard to avoid. I would just recommend bringing earplugs for sleeping, but other than that it was great!

The room was very spacious and clean with a beautiful bathroom and a gorgeous view from the balcony. The included breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly.

The property was located just across from a very busy street, where the traffic was very heavy all through the day and night and sadly the isolation through the windows was not very good, so it was very loud all the time.

The location is very good, public transport (metro, bus) is easily accessible. The room was very clear, every day mineral water (two 0.5 l bottles) and coffee, tee were brought into the room. It is a really good value for money. The room was cleaned every day, this was one of the cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in.

Smell in the room - it came from the bathroom.

The location is far from city center if you wish to go shopping, etc. and parking in the area is quite pricey. Notice that staff is not present most of the time. Bathrooms are quite small.

The room was very well appointed with most of the amenities you would need, such as hair dryer, coffee and tea, fridge and safe. It was also very clean and looked to be fairly new. .

Did not care for the location. While the property had a beautiful view overlooking a boat marina and water, the property was located far from the city center and the port (for ferry service). But this was an overlook on my part, being unfamiliar with the city and where points of interest are located.

Perfect location along the lungomare in Napoli. Public Parking (with price agreement from the hotel) nearby. Contactless checkin but very good availability in case of questions (WhatsApp / phone and housekeeping staff). The room was really great - the breakfast was served in the room and suited our needs perfectly.

The room was large and neat. Nice and modern and the bed slept great. The breakfast was extensive and was really good. The staf was very friendly but did not speak great english.

The parking is a challenge, but I guess that's the case for all of Naples. Take into account you need to park in a parking garage closeby that costs you about €30 a day.

The rooms were very comfortable had everything we need and a lovely view

If you don’t mind traffic noise then it’s okay but it was loud the street most of the nights till about four in the morning
