Staying out of Naples in Mergallina was such a bonus - beautiful and close to Metro if you want it. We only used it for Pompeii as everything we wanted to see we could walk to and hop on hop off bus drives past if you want. We stayed in the sea view room which we would reccomended as it was in a different building - a small apartment - big room and very big bathroom. Great value for money. I liked being able to open the balcony doors and there is a side sea view. You have your keys and can come and go as you like. Cleaned daily and continental breakfast provided in the main building. The family who run it are very accommodating and helpful. 😊

The Breakfast was fairly simple and straight forward, and was as expected for a hotel in Europe. It was good quality and plentiful. As for the location, it was spot on for where I was visiting.

Not getting an answer on the door calling system

Italian breakfast available, excellent coffee prepared by the host. Mainly breakfast was made out of coffee, very tasty croissants + few drinks of juices + plastic packed cereals + plastic packed jam and Nutella. Tea was also available.

Heating was a disaster, compared with what we are used to heating system was a disaster, water radiators were starting only once in the morning while Air Conditioning had all the filters full with dust, i cleaned the one in our room but the device need clearly maintenance.

Position very central and close to sea, amenities, shops, and transport Staff friendly and supportive. Quick response to any issues highlighted.

Weak WiFi and almost not available in room Breakfast bar not very conducive

The location is excellent, staff was very helpful, rooms have interesting attractive design, beds are comfortable, hotel is very clean.

Our room was on groundfloor, it was ok, but I'd prefer upper stairs. The main problem for us was bad WIFI in our room, in some rooms it was better.

The property was nice. Very good and helpful staff.

The breakfast was great. All the people were really nice and helpful. The only thing I would recommend is to have more options for breakfast even though the croissant was delicious. :)

The owners are really nice and helpful. Also very funny. The beds are extremely comfortable. A lot of depositing areas on the top floor. Hot water running without problems.

Great seafront location and convenient for all attractions in central Naples. Great personal taxi service back to the airport for €30
