We had actually expected much less, as the photos showed 6 beds in one room. However, when we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to find 3 separate bedrooms and equipped kitchen. It turned out to be a fantastic value, clean, and the host was incredibly kind. Additionally, it was just a 10-minute walk from the train station to Venice.

The only aspect we didn’t like was the bathroom. The small bathtub with curtains appeared quite old and dirty, which made a few of us uncomfortable. As a result, some of us chose not to use the curtains, leading to water being everywhere. When the bath will be renovated, I’d say it will be the perfect apartment.

Our stay on Hotel Venice Tour was great. The place meets every basic need. The room was super clean and there is enough room for several suit cases. What I found to be amazing about this place is that it is close to the bus station that goes to the island (10 min drive), were you can walk or grab a Vaporetto to other places around the island. It is also close to supermarkets, ATMs, cafes and restaurants (walking distance). The reception guy is super kind and friendly, he helped us a lot understanding how to move around Venice. We followed every recommendation he made and thanks to that our stay in Venice was flawless. You get exactly what you pay for, a nice clean room with private bathroom. 15 min ride to the airport (Marco Polo) and 8 min drive form the train station (Mestre). Very happy with the overall experience.

This is not a fancy hotel and it is not located near any famous Venetian attraction. Although I highly recommend it due to the great attention you receive form the staff and its location near the bus station, train station and airport. Very strategic place to stay.

Very comfortable bed, helpful staff and clean and spacious room. The front desk guy helped us with infos about how to access venice more rapidly. Very close to the bus station to Venice (3min walk) and close to supermarkets and cafes.

It was a bit annoying in the morning when other guests were leaving or coming to their rooms because the main door was not doing a great job at soundproofing. Also, the front desk guy was talking on the phone on speaker and with his friends, and that is what woke up on our second morning.

The best thing was the staff/owner. Very friendly and helpful. They managed to found us a parking spot right at the entrance of the residency and provide with lots of tips/suggestion for our trip. Rooms are nice and spacious. Location is great to catch the bus into Venice or 5 min from train station with lots of shops, cafe and restaurants around.

A bit noisy and door/walls are letting in most of anybody noise. In the toilet, the bidet was not fixed to the floor properly and the drain was almost closed up (for bidet users ;)

Location and stuff are perfect. Free parking just in front. Bus stop for Venice less than 1 minute walking. The aparance outside do not corresponds with the good rooms inside. The stuff are really helpfull. I recomend

The apartment is spacious, clean, can accommodate 8-10 people. Apartment facilities are quite good. The location is close to the train station and bus station, so it is convenient to travel. Near the supermarket. Very good price. The reception is very friendly and willing to help.

There is only 1 toilet and bathroom. Old and few kitchen utensils. The route from the train station to the apartment is quite dangerous because there are many people who seem to be rogue along the way.

It exceeded my expectations. It doesn't look good from outside, but as soon as you get through the main door you will see a clean, cosy, and good atmosphere. It is good located just 15 min from the train station. Eventhough the way doesn't look safe (Under the bridge specially), you will realize that it is totally safe with a lot of tourist around the street. The room is small but they took advantage of every space, so you will find everything that you need. I really love this place, because you will find the reception available most of time. Also, you will find a lot of restaurants, grocery stores and Mcdonalds close by.

The sound isolation could be improved.

The hotel is close to the train station and a bus station going directly to Mestre so it's a good option for people who want to see Venice but cannot afford to book something in the centre. It has an Interspar and a coffee shop nearby so you can get coffee in the morning. The rooms were modern and had everything we needed for our short trip [. We also asked them for extra toiletries and to keep our luggage during the day and they were really helpful!

The hotel doesn't offer breakfast but we knew that when we booked - we understand that there's no room :) Fortunately, coffee was in a minute's walk :)

Location was excellent and staff were friendly. They even allowed us to keep our luggage even after checkout which did us great help in roaming around venice. At this price range, this place is wonderful to stay. It is very near to bus stop and also just 15mins by bus to venice.

Only one thing we noticed, duvet is little smelly which we informed them while checkout. They were very nice and apologized and mentioned they will look into it.

Our stay was good! the room size for 4 of us is decent and toilet is clean, not so big but good for all. beds are comfy and there are wardrobe and safe to keep our stuff. The host is so nice and helpful, returns calls even late evening or early morning (we feel sorry for disturbing his sleep a lot!) so definitely a plus point! The location is perfect! in a way that it is close to a big Spar supermarket and also the bus stop is right on the opposite street, that leads to Venice center. We didn't have to walk so much and couldn't ask for more :) Even a lot of restaurants are nearby if we feel like eating out something different. so we are pretty much satisfied with our stay.

Only that the toilet is a bit small for 4 of us to take turns, and the room size could be a bit bigger. Of course, it is in Mestre so no views are expected from here. However, nothing else to complain.
